Pros:

La ubicación, ya que fui para el mundial y estaba cerca del estadio.
El desayuno, bastante bien.

Cons:

El wifi nunca anduvo. Solo funcionaba un asensor y tenía que usar la escalera. Te cobran un extra muy caro.

Decent value for money in downtown Atlanta
Pros:

The room size was good for 3 people and the breakfast was decent unless you got down towards the end of service when a lot of the food had run out.

Cons:

The beds were comfortable enough but the sofa bed was poorly sprung with a ridge in the base that cut into one's back.

When we arrived at the hotel, the man at the front desk treated us as if he were doing us a favor. During the three day
Pros:

When we arrived at the hotel, the man at the front desk treated us as if he were doing us a favor.

During the three days we stayed there, only one elevator was working, even though it was during the World Cup and the hotel was very busy.

The breakfast was terrible. There was almost nothing to eat, the coffee was awful, and all the plates, cups, and cutlery were disposable plastic.

On the first morning, the woman in charge of the breakfast area actually scolded us because we hadn’t cleared our table ourselves. Isn’t that supposed to be part of the service we’re paying for?

On another occasion, a different receptionist also treated us very rudely.

Overall, the staff’s customer service was extremely poor. That’s simply unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. For the amount of money we paid, you can find much, much better hotels in the same area with far better service and overall value.

The staff did their best with what they had, but the room was not worth the money.
Pros:

I want to preface this with the fact that it was a functional stay at best.

The location is within Downtown Atlanta within 15 minutes' walking distance to a few major attractions. The area has the Atlanta Aquarium, the Capitol Building, some sort of Coca-Cola museum, and a wealth of restaurants. There is a grocery store two blocks north.

The staff were friendly despite the harsh weather and awful air conditioning in the lobby. Maintenance was extremely responsive on both occasions they were contacted (within ten minutes, there was someone at the door.) Both mornings, breakfast was good. I would advise melting cheddar cheese into the eggs. The potatoes and biscuits left something to be desired, though.

There was a fitness center available, though I found that I walked enough around the city to not need it. The blackout curtains in the room were excellent and kept the sun at bay when we wanted to sleep in.

Cons:

There is an automatic door that only opens for security or someone that already has a keycard for their room; as such, entering the building for the first time is contingent on someone being there to let you in.

The temperature conditions of the lobby were almost worse than those outside, as it was 82°F and muggy within the lobby, which certainly did not help anyone feel comfortable upon first arriving. Considering that the city was rather hot at the time and even convenience stores run their air conditioning to a comfortable degree, I don't understand what management is up to here.

Elevators were incredibly slow to arrive, but that's a minor complaint. There was an $80/night security deposit for the room that was not clearly stated on the Booking page, which will easily reduce the budget of an unaware traveler.

I had obtained a double-king suite for $372.86 to use for two nights. Upon arriving in the room, it was easily above 75°F. My friend and I turned the AC down to 60°F to push the cooling, but the system did not keep up nor bring it to a relieving temperature, no less anything comfortable. I realized that I had purchased a disability-compliant room, which explained why the shower did not have a door nor was there a tub; this is my fault. However, the shower only had hot water for maybe fifteen minutes at most, which is a hard sell when one must walk in hot weather to get to their planned destinations.

The room had pre-existing damages to the cabinet of the "kitchenette," which was composed of a sink, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. I do not recall if there was a microwave. The room also smelled slightly of mildew. The provided trash can was the size of an office wastebasket. The tap water was sub-par. The beds were uncomfortable and hard, the pillows provided were strangely lumpy and seemed to resent having to support a person's head, and there was one blanket and draft sheet per person.

I was also advised to stay off the...
