The size of the suite. Enjoyed having the bedroom separate from the living space.
The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was very delicious and plenty of food. Oh and the king size bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Close walk to a bunch of restaurants and other stuff to like the Mercedes Benz stadium.
I liked everything about the hotel.

La pulizia delle camere è a livelli davvero preoccupanti. Nella prima camera assegnata, una volta scoperte le lenzuola, abbiamo trovato uno strofinaccio da cucina sotto di esse.
Abbiamo chiesto e ottenuto un cambio stanza, ma la situazione non è affatto migliorata: la moquette era sporchissima e chiaramente non pulita da tempo. Il bagno era in condizioni tali che ho dovuto ripulirlo io stessa/o; basta guardare le foto delle asciugamani dopo aver semplicemente strofinato il piano del lavello e il pavimento per capire il livello di sporcizia riscontrato. Soggiorno decisamente da dimenticare, e nessuno è mai venuto a pulire o sistemare la stanza in 3 giorni di soggiorno

The Staff was very responsive and respectful Chris and the other women on night shift from 3-11 was very respectful and helpful. Also, the morning staff at the front desk was very helpful as well..

Secure entry. Friendly staff. Room was huge and had a mini fridge and a microwave. Nice breakfast area and decent breakfast to help start your day.

El desayuno, bastante bien.
El wifi nunca anduvo. Solo funcionaba un asensor y tenía que usar la escalera. Te cobran un extra muy caro.

During the three days we stayed there, only one elevator was working, even though it was during the World Cup and the hotel was very busy.
The breakfast was terrible. There was almost nothing to eat, the coffee was awful, and all the plates, cups, and cutlery were disposable plastic.
On the first morning, the woman in charge of the breakfast area actually scolded us because we hadn’t cleared our table ourselves. Isn’t that supposed to be part of the service we’re paying for?
On another occasion, a different receptionist also treated us very rudely.
Overall, the staff’s customer service was extremely poor. That’s simply unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
I do not recommend this hotel at all. For the amount of money we paid, you can find much, much better hotels in the same area with far better service and overall value.

The room size was good for 3 people and the breakfast was decent unless you got down towards the end of service when a lot of the food had run out.
The beds were comfortable enough but the sofa bed was poorly sprung with a ridge in the base that cut into one's back.
