The location made you feel unsafe due to all the drug dealers and homeless people around the front of the hotel.

Pros:

Spacious an comfortable room

Cons:

The "kitchenette" is really just a fridge+microwave, some other hotels use the same term for a more functional setup with basic silverware. Elevators are extremely slow.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming.
Pros:

Definitely appreciate the valet parking. Mr. Lamar was very friendly.

Cons:

The turn to get in there was little awkward, but that's all.

Historical convenient affordable safe!
Pros:

Convenient walking distance to State Farm Arena Mercedes-Benz centennial Park, the five points, etc. everywhere downtown plus ride the trolley for a buck or hop on a scooter or a bike if you want to pay a small fee. Local eateries like The Azalea market on the corner offering home-cooked meals and Goodfellas, making sandwiches, salads and killer pizzas plus the Marta across the street the underground literally within steps at the front door and the help beyond great beyond great. Every question answered and great advice on where to go and where to stay away from. Couldn’t be happier. And let’s not forget the valet parking don’t hesitate. It’s worth the money they take care of you like gold. Lamar is running a great service. Frank who helped us was as friendly as can be and offered great advice on what where to go, and what to do also. Safe and secure! And fun happy people! Streets were clean, security and police force maintaining the peace and letting “everyone” be able to enjoy their town like no other.

Excellent ATL hotel
Pros:

I stay here for almost every visit to Atlanta and I love the staff, the location, and the vibes of hotel.

Cons:

The valet is a little expensive but it's better than parking your car anywhere else and having to walk far or not know if it is safe overnight.

My family and I love this hotel. Every time we come to Atlanta we stay here!

Handy access to downtown
Pros:

Excellent location. Short walk to Five Points station. Goodfellas Wings Burgers and Pizza is great food 2 minute walk. Azalea Food Market is a 3 minute walk if you need something fresh. Huge living space. Nice deep bathtub. Easy to walk downtown or catch a train or bus to all the attractions.

Cons:

Hot water could have been a little hotter, especially when using the bath. No spoons or milk or sugar for the coffee machine.

Convenient for the value.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel would be great if it were not smack dab in the center of construction and The Underground which comes alive at night for the nightlife of Atlanta.

Cons:

The room/hotel was right in the center of construction which was not told to use upon arrival. The pull out bed was absolutely the most uncomfortable thing on the planet. There also were no sheets already in the room or extra pillows provided for the pull out bed. The front desk seemed to be bothered that we needed these things even though it is stated that we would be using the pull out bed.
