não tem ar-condicionado e estacionamento sempre cheio

a localização é espetacular. a beleza do hotel.

Cons:

o ar-condicionado não funciona, ventila, não funciona. o hotel desliga os ares-condicionado e te oferece ventilador. um calor de 40 graus e o quarto um forno. feito a reclamação me levaram num quarto cheio de ventiladores e disseram que se eu quisesse um era só carregar um até o quarto.
o estacionamento estava com carros que não eram do hotel. reservei e avisei que estaria com carro, que precisava de uma vaga. chegando não tinha e precisei parar num estacionamento a 1,5 km de distancia, e sem segurança.

L'emplacement était parti pour faire la visite de la ville.

Cons:

La commande de la clim se trouve dans le couloir, ne pouvant pas régler la température comme nous le souhaitons. Le lit était bien trop petit.

Great hotel with superb reception staff and a brilliant location
Pros:

Location was excellent right in the heart of the old town.
Staff were superb, fantastic English and super helpful.
Secure underground parking for our Motorbike
Room was large and comfortable if a little dated
Great value

Cons:

Only minor gripe was the TV. It was very old and difficult to operate. Could not find any English speaking channels so ended up watching You Tube on our iPad.
