Clean hotel in a good area.
Pros:

clean, old, but still ok. easy parking. 2 of 3 staff we spoke to were helpful. good location with easy walking to tourist spots and restaurants.

Pros:

The hotel location, the bed, the welcome and the attitude of the office ladies (communication, smiling to guests). The room has a nice view on a public park

Cons:

There was a lot of noise around the hotel, screaming, dogs barking, even with closed windows that were supposed to block the noise, the breakfast was terrible.

Lovely vacation!
Pros:

Good value for the payed price, spacious and very clean room. Location is close to the Science Center, bus station , restaurants and even shopping center. Not far from Malvarrosa beach, not far from the Old part of city. You can reach each touristic attraction in bus from here, in less than half an hour ( 10 rides = 5.10€ -- from Tabaco store, otherwise it is 2€/ride payed directly in the bus). It was a very well placed location for us! :)
Helpful and always smiling staff on reception.
We will come again, for sure ! :)

Cons:

Very hot weather (40°C plus, outside ), but not the their fault ;)
The staff managed to keep the temperature low inside the building and our room.
The fresh lemon water and fruits in the lobby were a blessing each hot day we were returning from town. :)
