No desayuné en el hotel , la ubicación es buena

Cons:

I’ve never had an experience where I walked into a hotel room and it was so filthy that I felt like
Pros:

The room had not been cleaned at all. There was makeup from the former tenant that had dripped into the sink and had not ever been cleaned. The soap bar had been used from the previous tenant and the rings from where they had sat the soap on the sink area was still there the sink nor the sink area had ever been touched to be cleaned. The floors had not been vacuumed. Nothing had been wiped down from the previous tenants. The shower had not been cleaned. We did tell the lady at the front desk however, she said there were no more rooms and our money was nonrefundable because we had already booked the room. So we stayed Lysol and went in. Clorox wiped down and cleaned the room ourselves could not vacuum it of course. Slept with our clothes on because we were worried that the sheets had not even been changed from the previous tenant. We will never stay at this hotel again and that is sad because it had a wonderful location nestled right in around lots of restaurants and close to downtown Blue Ridge.

We were thankful to get a room at short notice and it served it's purpose.
Pros:

Didn't use the breakfast. The person checking us in was very helpful and friendly. We were happy to find a room available at such a short notice.

Cons:

Room needed to have had the bathroom cleaner and there were several areas in the room that had been damaged. Unfortunately there was also an insect problem in the room.

It had a bed to sleep in.

Cons:

The keys never work. You’re constantly having to go get them fixed, the sheets in the non smoking room I got had cigarette burns in them, including the comforter. All in all not worth the pay they ask.

Clean room with comfortable bed and basic amenities close to downtown Blue Ridge
Pros:

It's in a very convenient location to downtown Blue Ridge and is close to other restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Even though we didn't eat there, our room rate offered a continental breakfast. Room was very basic, but clean. It did have a fridge and microwave. Good value if all you need is a place to sleep.

Cons:

It felt isolated and there were not many guests there. But, we were there at beginning of the week.

The room was completely dirty from top to bottom. There was 2 dead cockroaches in the bathroom. There was spider webs along the top of the wall that had been there looked like months, there was spider webs all down the wall behind the door the deadbolt wasn't there. They put a screwdriver in it and said that we were still safe. The air conditioning and heater didn't work. There was stains and hairs in the bed, and the toilet had pee stains on it like where somebody had dripped pea, and it wasn't We talked to the night manager and she said that we had to wait till the morning to get a refund for our room. We called in the morning and spoke to the manager who got in my face and was nasty and rude and said that removing the cobwebs and the spiders and the dead bugs was a deep clean and the room didn't come with a deep clean, I've never been told that a clean room at a hotel was considered a deep clean Never book here. Save your money. Go somewhere else. We would have rather slept in the car than at that hotel any day.

Pros:

The room was convenient to our destination. The room was clean.

Cons:

Every time we went out of the room our key stopped working. There was no microwave, and fridge was froze up. There was a very loud banging noise all night. Both nights we were there. Along the hallway There were broken ac units, fridges,stacked up and clean folded towels sitting on top. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Entire stay was stressful . Also pool is advertised, there is a pool just not working and covered up.

Dangerous place to stay that needs repairs !

Close to the area we wanted to explore.

Cons:

Lots of construction workers staying in the hotel that got drunk , made lots noise and disturbed other guests all night until the police had to be called. Very Very dangerous and upsetting to all other guests ! Will not stay in that place again ! Night staff handled the situation very well.
