Very nice overall - Clean & quiet (room 400) - extra block out window shade appreciated!
Pros:

Breakfast was very good - more than enough options for me - good, hot coffee, plenty of room to be comfortable in the seating areas. Also clean, well kept, amply supplied!
Weather Channel on the tv was a good choice.
Always an employee at the front desk!!! Great!

Pros:

Rooms smelt good, bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable. Loved that the pool was open 24/7

Perfect for my short trip to drop off daughter at school. The room was too hot though and the heater/ac would not

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was great

Cons:

Had adjoining room and "neighbors" were loud between having visitors all throughout the night, talking, occasional barking dog and tv. Staff did call immediately. It was just thinking walls. For the price we paid, we expected quiet and for some sleep.

Pros:

Allowed dogs, frig in the room.

Cons:

The bathroom counter was small. Some guests do not pick up their pets poop. My husband stepped in poop and we had to dodge poop in the grass area.

This hotel is quite run down and understaffed.
Pros:

There was only one staff member onsite. He was working very hard, but was responsible for everything. He had a friendly attitude even though he was overwhelmed. The breakfast was great

Cons:

The pool area was a mess. Towels and unemployed trash everywhere. The whirlpool jets were not working and ceiling tiles were cracked and stained. The ice machine on our floor was making a loud grinding noise continuously. The elevator walls and panels were being held together by packing tape. The carpets in the halls were stained and smelly.

Staff was fantastic!

Cons:

1st room, sofa bed had food under mattress and on the sheets. Cheese puffs and crushed pringles. It appeared n like a wad of gum stuck to the underneath side of mattress then realized it was a mess of food. Once moved to 2nd room due to the 1st being unclean, the shower head would not stay upright. You would have to point it to the door/bathroom floor to have it spray outright, or manually hold it to use. The sofa bed was clean but blanket found in closet was bleached stained. Not just a small spot but all over. The pillows on the other 2 queen beds had discolored cases to then. The protective case under pillowcase, they were yellow tinged. I have never had a problem with the Hamptons before, but very unsatisfied by this stay. One a positive note, the evening/night staff was amazing. Very sweet, very apologetic and quick to try and resolve all issues. They did great, housekeeping and maintenance can do better.
