Everything was superb. The staff was always polite and helpful. The hotel is located in a very historic area and has easy access to the subway. Thank you for an amazing stay.
It was a great location for running along the river.
Parking was challenging, and there were additional parking fees. I couldn't even have a cup of coffee.
Location is nice but can be loud
The restaurant is lovely
Antonio and Rasha are amazing staff! They care and make things right. I would try again just because of them! Very kind people
Not hot water when I arrived and night staff did not help to change my room, so after 12 hours flight, I could not shower!
horrible loud and disrespectful guests that made sleep impossible even after my complaint
Night shift front desk was rude and not helpful
This was our 3rd visit to Penns View Hotel. It is a super cute and quaint hotel. The staff is very nice and makes you feel at home. Great communication before checking in, during and even after. (Very easy to check in and even easier to check out.) They serve yummy muffins for breakfast along with coffee. It’s in a great location to go to Restaurants/Bars (walking distance as well as Uber/Lyfting if you don’t want to drive). They have their own restaurant (with a happy hour) that looks good, but we have not tried it yet. We hope to check it out on our next stay. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is parking RIGHT next door. We never had a problem getting a spot to park. (FYI: Parking in that lot is $40 for overnight. But that is NOT a bad charge considering what parking in Philly can be at any given time/night) If you chose this as your overnight stay or for a few nights, you can’t go wrong! 5 stars!
Nothing. Clean rooms, comfy bed. Great service. No complains here!
Awesome building, great staff and good value for money. Room was the perfect mix of vintage, but clean and useable.

Location was great. Close to many shops and eateries. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
No breakfast but they did have free muffins and coffee in the lobby.
The restaurant located in the Hotel was PHENOMENAL. We will be back just for that place, alone!
Would have loved to have parking or even discounted parking in the lot next to the hotel.
Everything was clean, cute enough, had to move to a different room in order to actually get what we booked.
No commissary, night staff was unhelpful
No fridge in room.
I had a really nice stay here. The hotel has real old-world charm and a relaxed old-town feel that makes it very comfortable. Great value for money, with free coffee and cake in the morning, and I loved the old-school key for the room — a lovely touch.
Antonio, the manager, was especially kind and accommodating, offering good rates and making the stay feel personal and welcoming. I’d happily stay here again.
Room was warm big and cosy. This is my second time here and when I come back, I will definitely come here again. Thanks Adam
Antonio is an amazing staff member
