Pros:

Great location in Old City. We walked to many historical sites. Staff were helpful. The room was very clean and well furnished. The king bed was large and comfortable. The hot water was instantaneous and very hot.

Cons:

The check-in process was a bit convoluted requesting information the hotel already had on file.

I plan to stay at Penn's View any time I visit Philadelphia!
Pros:

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The ambience of the hotel was very warm, comforting, and felt luxurious without a luxurious price. The room was very comfortable and had a very cozy appearance.

Cons:

Having to pay to park at a hotel I'm already paying for, when there's little to no other parking options felt like I was being played for more money.

The staff were amazing the rooms were thoroughly clean the restaurant/bar ambuiance was amazing food

So many perks, restaurant/ bar, the hotel had its own unique charm I've never experienced any where else.

A step back into history.
Pros:

The history surrounding this hotel is astonishing. It was like "stepping into history", but with all of the modern conveniences one expects to have.

Cons:

The card to enter and exit the parking garage didn't work when we tried to exit. We finally were able to get someone who knew how to open the device and get the bar to lift, allowing us to depart the parking garage.

Pros:

Great location & walking distance to sites. Very comfy & friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable! I will stay there when returning to Philadelphia. The Italian restaurant downstairs had a great happy hour.

Cons:

I wish there would have been a mini fridge in the room.
