Hotel muy completo, el personal muy atento y el desayuno era excelente.

Todo me gusto, como recomendación solo diria tener mas secadoras de pelo disponibles ya que no tuve suerte ningun dia y aveces es necesario.
Very good location within walking distance to most tourist attractions of Santiago. Good quality breakfast. The hotel restaurant is nice.
The hotel is a bit old and it shows. No coffeemaker in the room, nor a fridge. The heating doesn't work although the temperature in the room could be a few degrees higher.

Calefacción no funcionó, tuvimos que solicitar frazadas extras . Hubo cobro indebido y pésima atención de la recepción al llegar . Después se solucionó.

La ubicación y el desayuno muy completo
Que tenia una lámpara con un foco que parpadeaba, no dieron solución por lo que la habitación era oscura en la noche. No tuvieron disponible el secador de cabello a pesar de mi solicitud.
