LOCAL TAX LAW

To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Me gustó el precio y la ubicación.
En principio nos dieron una habitación hacia una avenida muy ruidosa por la noche, pero amablemente nos cambiaron a una habitación más silenciosa, de mejor calidad, sin afectar el valor de la reserva. Muy flexibles.

El desayuno es muy completo y la ubicación centrica, ,el personal muy amable.
las maquinas del gimnasio son muy antiguas y poco variadas, las almohadas por debajo de funda estaban manchadas, fue un poco incomodo.
El personal excelente! Y la ubicación lo mejor.

Do barulho que fazia no apto 207, da falta de tampão de fechamento da banheira do 504, da ausência de itens no frigobar, do não atendimento ao pedido de secador de cabelo que fizemos.
El desayuno estuvo acorde al servicio pagado, además estuvo en los horarios mencionados por ende no faltaron a lo indicado.
En esta instancia no presento alguna queja debido a que si tenia lo que necesitaba.

Atención regular en el buffet de desayuno el fin de semana , faltaban muchas cosas como café, yogurt, leche etc. había que estar pidiendo que repusieran y las trabajadoras con mala cara o estresadas.
Habitacion ruidosa, se escuchaban los carritos de limpieza cuando estaban en el piso de arriba, o pasaban por el pasillo afuera de la habitación.
En la habitación había una especia de doble puerta, que si bien tenía seguro , al abrirla podías mirar levemente la habitación de al lado. Muy raro.
Nada me gusto, el hotel esta ubicado en una zona muy peligrosa y sucia,
El desayuno es de muy mala calidad.
Además el hotel dice tener servicio de estacionamiento, pero no tiene. Tiene un convenio con un estacionamiento que esta a 4 cuadras en una zona altamente peligrosa. El convenio no es mas que un pequeño descuento en la tarifa y despues de las 20 horas el altamente peligroso caminar entre el estacionamiento y el hota.
Great hotel for the price, really good breakfast!! Clean, well appointed room. The shower was awesome.
Location (neighborhood) may possibly be a little sketchy. My cab driver dropped me off around 10:30 PM, let me know in no uncertain terms to stay off the street at night. The guy working the door looked like a MMA bone breaker so the cabbie may have been onto something? There were a ton of families with young kids at breakfast so maybe the concerns were unfounded.
