La infraestructura, desayuno, pero la atención no fue atenta de saludarnos o consultar si queríamos algo

La atención fue buena pero No excelente para el tipo de hotel que quiere representar , colchón no fue cómodo , estaba muy firme.
Siento que para lo que cobraron el hotel ofrece poca atención amable , estaba muy fría y seca , lo justo necesario .

Pros:

- das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns ganz gut gefallen
- zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metrostation
- nettes Personal
- viele Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Drumherum
- Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt
- WLAN war überall gut zu erhalten

Cons:

- das Zimmer hätte etwas mehr Platz haben können
- es war im gesamten Gebäude immer etwas kalt (auch beim Frühstücksbuffet)

Hotel 4 estrelas, atendimento e equipe de 5 estrelas.
Pros:

O hotel não é 5 estrelas, o quarto que ficamos tinha alguns probleminhas como as janelas nao ter boa vedação, wifi as vezes caia, mas a equipe com certeza é digna de um hotel 5 estrelas, fomos muito bem recebidos, a recepção a nossa chegada foi incrível, destaque especial para Fernanda, nos deu toda atenção e nos deu um tratamento especial, o gerente do turno tambem muito amigável, nos explicou o processo do metro e nos deu varias dicas importantes, o pessoal do hotel desde a recepção até a camareira muito solicitos, mesmo com pequenos problemas se via a vontade em fazer que sua estadia fosse a melhor possível, ótimo café da manhã, excelente localização, indico a todos e com certeza ao voltar não pensarei duas vezes em ficar lá novamente.

Cons:

Não tenho pontos de insatisfação, problemas pontuais que não afetaram a minha estadia e o hotel sempre estava disposto a resolver qualquer detalhe.
