It was close to Zion national park.

Cons:

The stay itself was generally fine, but the listing was misleading in a very important way. I specifically booked this room because it was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen so I could prepare simple meals for my hiking trips during the stay.

In reality, many essential kitchen items were missing — no proper cutlery, pans, or basic cooking equipment. I later noticed that other guests mentioned the exact same issue in reviews and questions on Booking.

What was especially disappointing is that on their Booking profile they reply that guests can simply ask reception for missing kitchen items. Unfortunately, when I asked, I was told they do not provide them, which directly contradicts both the room description and their public responses on Booking.

Additionally, the fridge was very loud during the night. Ironically, since cooking was not really possible anyway, I barely even used it.

Overall, not a terrible stay, but definitely frustrating and not as advertised.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 5 personnes. On nous a logé dans 1 chambre avec 2 lits doubles. L'employé de la réception nous a proposé aucune solution acceptable.

Super friendly ans helpful. front test attendant, Dara . The place was clean and I appreciated having a refrigerator with an icemaker. Our 1st night there we got in around 9 pm i think and our toilet had a broken piece in tje tank and would not flush. Dara put in a work order and the maintenance man was there first thing in the morning to do the repair.

Room is very large and has small kitchen. Staff is very helpful and they have washing machines service. Here is good choice for staying and visit Zion np. Not too far from np and reasonable price.
