Super vriendelijke ontvangst, aangename locatie en zwembad/jacuzzi
Pros:

Super vriendelijke ontvangst, gratis koffie aan de receptie. Locatie op 25 min rijden van Zion nationaal park. Parking voor de deur. Veel mogelijkheden qua eten en benodigdheden in de directe omgeving. Zwembad en jacuzzi.

Cons:

We boekten een kamer met keuken - wees gewaarschuwd dat deze niet uitgerust is (enkel microgolf en broodrooster). Je moet dus zelf je potten, pannen, bestek, borden etc voorzien. Vraag bij de receptie of ze iets beschikbaar hebben, of passeer via een van de goedkopere winkels om een kleine pot/pan te kopen.

Rustige locatie maar goede uitvalsbasis. Zwembad erbij top en schoon!

Cons:

Bed piepte, zelf gerepareerd. Niet echt schaduw bij het zwembad. Iets zou wel lekker zijn.

Menos el personal, todo bien.
Cons:

Llegamos pasada la media noche debido a un retraso en el vuelo que habíamos cogido. Al llegar estuvimos más de 15 minutos en la puerta llamando para que nos abrieran. Cuando estábamos a punto de ir a buscar otro hotel, apareció la recepcionista y ni se disculpó.
Nos dio las llaves de la habitación que estaba muy próxima a la recepción en la planta baja.
A la mañana siguiente (sobre las 0600 de la mañana) nos despertaron los ruidos que hicieron las personas de la recepción. No eran nuevos huéspedes ni gente que estuviera saliendo, eran conversaciones entre ellas. Entendería que fueran amables con huéspedes y que saludaran o se despidieran cordialmente pero teniendo en cuenta que había personas en una habitación situada a 2 metros de la recepción, sabiendo que esa habitación no aislaba del ruido absolutamente nada y sabiendo que llegamos más tarde de las 0000, parece una falta de respeto y de educación.
No tenía un mal precio y las instalaciones estaban bien, lástima que el personal de la recepción no acompañe. No repetiría.

Great facilities, lousy guests.
Pros:

The facilities were new and clean. AC was quiet and efficient. Bath was clean and well stocked with hairdryer, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Large screen TV and comfortable sofa and bed.

Cons:

The pillows were like bowling balls and not at all soft. Then there was the bus of international tourists who carried on and knocked on doors and yelled throughout the halls until 11PM. If this is a reoccurring bus route, and you need the hotel to sleep, don't stay here.
