Cons:

Avevo prenotato qui perché dalla descrizione c'era una cucina completamente attrezzata, invece la cucina c'era ma senza alcun accessorio quindi inutilizzabile.
Abbiamo dovuto andare a mangiare fuori, e in 4 persone il costo non è poco.
All'arrivo (avevo prenotato per 4) mi assegnano una camera con un letto solo, e ho dovuto pagare altri 20$ per averne una con due letti.
Come appoggio per il parco Zion è troppo lontano, meglio cercare qualcosa Springdale.

This is our 3rd time renting at MyPlace. We love Hurricane, Utah and drive out frequently. All 3 times we have had a horrible experience with Esma, an employee that checks us in. Shampoo, Conditioner, & Body Wash containers were empty. I went to ask her if she could replace them, her response was, "No, I can't, they are on back order from Amazon and aren't arriving until next week." Then my husband wanted to do a load of laundry, there were dryer sheets, but no laundry pods, He asked her if she could check if they had any in stock, her reply was, No, we don't, you can check back in the morning." My daughter asked for a pillow and blanket so she could rest in the recliner, once again, her response was, "No, we don't have any!" I wanted to go swimming, I asked her the pool hours, her response was, "No, it's closed because it hasn't been cleaned." And, this last time we checked in, she was not in proper uniform! Upon checking out, I asked to speak to a manager about all the issues, the manager is AMAZING, the property is AMAZING! My only complaint is this specific employee that doesn't seem like she wants to work! The manager told me, the swimming pool excuse I was given was false. It was broken, then fixed, and needed 24 hours before turning the pump back on due to some type of leak. She also stated that the bathroom essentials she could have replaced because they are on the 3rd floor in the housekeeping closet, same for the laundry pods! And was also told they they do have extra blankets and pillows!

Overall great just the fire alarms were annoying

Sehr nette Empfangsdame, große Zimmer mit Sessel

Cons:

Ich habe vorher nicht gelesen, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind. Leider waren überall Hundehaare. Zum Glück war keine Katze in letzter Zeit dort, ich bin stark allergisch.

Cons:

Llegamos y nos asignaron una habitación que estaba ocupada (entramos y había pertenencias dentro) y no tenían más. Nos reubicaron en otra que estaban limpiando con una especie de bruma porque era donde se podían alojar mascotas y tuvimos que estar bastante tiempo con todo abierto para que se ventilase

D'avoir une super cuisine mais sans aucune vaisselle : pas de poêle, pas de casserole rien alors qu'on a une super cuisine avec plaques électriques, placards, super frigo distributeur de glaçons, c'est dommage !
