Great
Na
We had breakfast at family we were visiting, only kids ate at hotel.
One room had a dysfunctional shower head, another had shower curtain that was not long enough. Rim of sink in room 300 looked pretty rough, like had been remodeled but not finished.
The potatoes were way over salted both mornings and kinda wierd taste . Otherwise ok
It's always a pleasant to stay..
Maybe a slightly more selection of breakfast...
Excellent location. Friendly front desk staff and good value.
Nothing
The Greetings wen walking in.
The Room, Bathroom smelled like drainage (poop) even wen not in use it was a horrible Room they gave us.
My friend booked this room for me for a quick one night stay. This hotel needs some serious TLC. The room had a musty smell. The bathroom was visibly dirty with crusty stuff all over the sink and a ring in the toilet. The carpet was so gross I didn’t want to take my shoes off. There were dirty marks, holes and damage on the walls and trim in my room and the hallway. The bed looked fine and clean but I opted to leave. I knew I wouldn’t get a good nights sleep in such a dingy hotel. For only $30 more the Marriott was literally a MASSIVE upgrade. This hotel should easily be less than $100/night because if you are looking for a low end budget hotel this is exactly that.
Always clean and safe

Broken phone and Tv
Bre was AMAZING!!! She is so kind and accommodating, the lobby is very clean and the drink bar is fully stocked when shes there.
Beds were comfy, breakfast was great for options.
Great location, safe, affordable!!
The night lady, she keeps the "away from desk" sign up all night, the drank bar is a mess, and empty most of the night.
She listens to Ai romance stories on her phone very loud that echoes through the hallways all night and morning.
She refused us food 20min early due to us needing to leave for the tacoma dome Saturday (we did not realize the time change for serving breakfast since we had been there since thursday)
The food was already set out and ready but she told us no we had to wait.
When we told her there was dog poop in the entryway she said yeah I know and went back to her phone.
Her hair was in the food 2x out of 3 mornings. (We were the 1st group to eat due to having to leave so early) she does not put her hair up and never brought us clean towels for a room of 4 so we could shower telling us "were over booked and dont have enough towels" we never did get clean hand towels or clean wash cloths the whole 3 nights, for 4 of us. That was a bummer as we all needed to shower after the hot tub from itching from the chlorine so bad it burnt our eyes and noses.
We had to "borrow" toilet paper for our room from the hallway bathroom by the pool.
The pool was so dirty you could see every foot print in the bottom and up the sides. The hot tub was over chlorinated and really needed cleaned not just overdosed on chemicals.
I reserved online, called a were prior to check in date for a room for 3 adults and 1 teen. We needed 2 queen beds and a roll away. I was told only certain rooms accommodate a roll away and was insured there was a note on my reservation to ensure that, however that was not the case when we arrived. While Bre did her best to accommodate us, it was very tight and uncomfortable for 3 days. So tight we could not even allow house keeping in so kept having to beg for towels, soaps, ect every night when we returned.
2 light bulbs in our bathroom were never replaced over 3 night stay.
Friendly staff, clean, fresh. Good coffee.
No gluten-free options at breakfast.
Hotel is disgusting. Price suggests it would be on par with any other hotel within walking distance, but it’s not. A hotel in this conditions should be no more than half the price of the competition, it’s that bad.
