Pros:

El trato del personal, las instalaciones en buen estado. Creo que pueden mejorar el menú del desayuno, yo estuve 2 noches y el menú fue el mismo ambos días, creo que meter variedad estaría genial. La ubicación es buena, con tiendas prácticamente para llegar caminando.

Staff was very accommodating. Ladies at front desk were great.

Cons:

Pool was cold. Toilet was extremely small and low to the ground. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. Breakfast was okay but we have had much better at other hotels and more variety.

Just bcs I couldn’t cancel and have a refund I would’ve
Pros:

Safety wasn’t really great there were 5 cars with windows broken and hotel conditions were very poor

Cons:

Shower had leak, beds were itchy as if bed bugs were in it and breakfast wasn’t decent enough.

The staff and pool

Cons:

Got charged 3 times, and found a bag of meth in room under ac unit. Turned it in to front desk and made sure she knew that I have a year old that could have gotten ahold of this and potentially died.

Pros:

Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between Booking.com and Springhill Suites regarding my reservation. When I arrived to check in, the front desk told me my reservation had been canceled without notifying me by email, text, or phone. The desk manager said, "Since you booked through a third party, it's not our responsibility to inform you of cancellations." I then called Booking.com, who confirmed my reservation was still active and never canceled in their system. While Booking.com did its best to help, the options they offered did not meet my lodging standards. As a result, we had to find another place for two nights. It was a significant inconvenience, but the Booking.com representative was very kind and as helpful as possible.

Great!
Pros:

We were treated wonderfully! One of the staff members noticed that we had a little baby, each day. She made sure to set aside some apple juice boxes for her. They were even able to accommodate us later in the day and when we ran out of milk. Great staff! Met the GM, and he was wonderful! Rooms were HUGE! Very pleased!
