Hampton Inn St. Augustine Beach

Refrigerator has bad odor. Would be nice to have a small microwave. Bathroom needs another electrical outlet, needs exhaust fan, wall-mounted hairdryer would be good, sink isn't draining well.

Room was comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. The internet had an issue so had to leave a day early unfortunately. Working remotely means we need to stay connected. So we lost a day stay .The front desk wasn’t able to fix the issue. Overall we enjoyed the stay. We had a beautiful room. The front desk clerk Vanessa so professional and very knowledgeable.

Great place right on the beach.

Nice sized 2 queen room. Wish there was a table and maybe 2 chairs in the room to eat at. Pet friendly clean room nice bathroom - could use some towel hooks. Friendly staff and nice pool. Breakfast was very good, friendly breakfast crew. Short walk to beach. Our balcony was a street view so it was just ok. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great Location to restaurants!

Beach was dredged after last years hurricane
And was rough and full of shells. There is a 5 foot drop off to get to the water.
The door to our room was stuck. And hard to open.
The hot tub was half full and cold. The electric
Socket smoked when I used the hairdryer.
Be prepared for a $15 parking charge per day.
The breakfast was wonderful though and location
Is great.

Well I sure didn't like that we had to pay for parking that's crazy for the account you pay to stay there other than that it was a very good stay

My stay was Amazing!!! Staff was Always suggesting food and places to see..They really do want your stay to be The Best Possible!! And they delivered !!

We loved our stay there. The only negative was the beds were not comfortable. All of the staff were pleasant. The breakfast was amazing everday for a complimentary breakfast!

Amazing 3 days! Friendly/helpful staff, easy check in/out. Clean, room ac was on when we entered which was nice. Area cuisine is off the chain and easy beach access from the hotel.

Staff were very nice, very good breakfast and service. Room was overall clean except for the floors; plenty of towels and clean bedding.

I did not like the $15.00 parking fee!
No free parking anywhere

The hotel charge for the parking lot extra, this charge was not mentioned when I was booking. The towels provided for the pool were too small and old. The pillows was too soft and small and the bed wasn’t comfortable enough for sleeping. Overall the attention was good but attention to the details is needed.

Mattress very uncomfortable. Rooms can make a person feel closed in.

Checking in was great. The woman at the front desk check in was very helpful and friendly. First room did smell of wet dog. Went to front desk and was offered a different room. Second room was very clean also smelled clean. Will be coming back.

This place it is Not clean, needs renovation, the cleaning crew are very noisy early AM. And after paying $373 for one night they charge me separate $15 per PARKING. WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN...

For the most part, the hotel was up to standards, including the room itself, and the employees were very courteous, professional and friendly, but I will say that the guest that were in the room next to us we’re inconsiderate when smoking their marijuana on their patio and it was coming through our air conditioner into our room a few days. Now I have no issues with people partaking in cannabis, but my three children did not deserve to smell that at night.

Wonderful Property right on the beach. Loved everything!
