There are several floors filled with middle east refugees (living in the hotel) and kids running all over making noise, pulling fire alarms, pressing elevator buttons etc. If you want a peaceful quiet stay don't come here. The middle east managers are really bad people and terrible to deal with. All the carpets are very dirty, stained and smell. The wallpaper is falling off the walls. There are homeless people and people high on drugs lining both sides of the hotel. The very small exercise room has 2 broken machines of the 4 machines in there. The cleaning looks low quality and suspicious for left behind germs. The food in the breakfast room is low quality, high sugar, high salt and not the freshest.

Don't fall for the low room price....there is a reason it's low

I've stayed here several times when it was a Holiday Inn, but this hotel is now shabby and it appeared as if there were families living here. There's a shelter on the west side of the building with groups hanging out. Did not feel safe here after dark. Will not stay again.

It was a clean room, staff were friendly, breakfast was good.

There was no breakfast. Would be nice if there are some continental breakfast.

Staff was friendly. The property is surrounded by shelters and a high level of homelessness and addicts. The rooms appeared clean but walls were covered in dust. The foyer carpets are badly stained and are in desperate need of replacement or at the very least a shampoo!

I was pleasant the staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was clean, comfortable over all wonderful experience.

Hotel was really good but lots of homeless and noisy at night.

We stayed for a quick evening visit to London. The hotel was close to our destination, the room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was substantial.

I don’t usually have the need to send hotels emails however this warrants it. My employees experience at the Sandman Hotel in London, Ontario was so disturbing that I feel obligated to speak up. From the moment he arrived, the surroundings were unsettling—there were individuals clearly under the influence loitering around the property, making it feel unsafe and unwelcoming.

Inside, things went from bad to worse. His room was infested with cockroaches. He spotted them crawling on the dresser around his food, I could only imagine how many were in and around the area. It is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The room felt dirty and poorly maintained, and I couldn’t sleep comfortably knowing the hygiene was so compromised.

The place is very shabby, watched two people pass out, needing a arcan dose. Toilet very low, and not flushing well. Along with the 5 am wake-up call to us that was not requested. Stayed there as its Canadian owned.

Staff helpful..room tired but clean. Good value for the money. Well located but an area for an evening stroll.

The room desperately needed a new carpet and the bathroom fan was loud but the bed was new and firm and the windows kept the road noise out.
What was really good were the variety of items on the breakfast menu, the gated parking for security and exceptional staff. I left my purse behind in my room accidentally and it was returned with everything in tact. The staff were very polite and kind.

Was disappointing. Not very clean. There was no bathtub curtain and the room curtains didn’t close.

The room was exactly what we needed; a nice comfy bed, clean amenities (that could be updated, but that's for another day), and a decent variety of breakfast options available. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Despite the spicy locals and the need to have a buddy when walking outside after dinner, I really appreciated having a good spot for a decent price. Thank you!

I had buyers remorse before I even checked in. Many sketchy characters hanging around outside. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Carpets were dirty in the room. The bedroom didn't have a window or vents for the A/C. Underground parking was an additional $16. But hey, the TV worked! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Decent hotel, crackheads litter the outside. It also seemed like they are housing refugee families
