Good value and facilities. Location iffy.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and the cost is great. It was well-equipped with fridge and coffee maker. The free continental breakfast was a plus.

Cons:

The adjacent area was surrounded by individuals who appear to be unhoused and under the influence. There were some garbage on the sidewalks too.

Hotel needs updating carpets are terrible and wallpaper peeling in several areas

Not up to par with sandman expectations

Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms outdated. Basic amenities not available. No body wash refills just bar soap. There was carpet Beatles. Breakfast was so gross coffee was hot water. Not up to par with sandman .

The curtains in our room were bolted to the ceiling so we could not close them, was not happy at 6am....woke up because there was an alarm set on the clock, not by us, and then couldn't get back to sleep because it was so bright!!!!

The rooms were clean and close to all amenities

Cons:

Right beside a homeless shelter I believe it was. You are right downtown and there is a lot of homeless, drugs and literally poop in the street. Not the hotels fault and we never felt unsafe. Only other thing was we couldn’t open a window. Felt stuffy and couldn’t air out.
