The bathroom door was broken
Easy location to get to, parking OK for out of hours and weekend. Great included breakfast at the cafe downstairs.
Parking would definitely be a problem during the week. The shower rose pointed directed at, and under, the shower door. If you didn't turn it away, it saturated the floor outside the shower and potentially the carpet of the main room. The toilet was set right against a vanity on the right side and you were crowded up against it when going to the toilet. We were in room 108, the noises of the bathroom for room 101 were like it was your room (quite loud)
Perfect location. Close to shops, cafes,restaurants and public transport in to cbd. However the area very quiet. Staff very helpful and room spotless.

I love the hotel. Great location. I was allowed early check in. Very accomodating staff. Big room. Nice and clean. Has balcony. Beautiful view from my window. The area is close to CBD without the traffic and noise. Many restaurants Infront of the hotel.

Lovely, helpful staff on reception, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for what we wanted. Buses and trains are within easy access.
It was noisy at night as we were in a room right by the road, but other family members in different rooms didn't notice this as they were further away. As we stayed 4 nights it would have been nice to have some basic kitchen facilities eg: a toaster and fridge.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. After we reported issues with the cleanliness of our first room, they immediately looked for a solution and offered us a room change. Although we had originally booked two separate beds, we were offered a room with one large bed for the first night, before being given separate beds the following night. We also received a breakfast voucher to compensate for the inconvenience. The room itself was spacious and had some useful storage space.
Unfortunately, there were several significant shortcomings. The lack of a wardrobe was particularly inconvenient. There were only three coat hangers, and there was very limited space to store our luggage. The sink was extremely small, and the toilet seat was very loose.
The cleanliness was also disappointing. In our first room, we found hair in the bed and in the sink, as well as a stain on the towel. When I wiped the sink with toilet paper, the marks and residue came off easily. This unfortunately gave the impression that the sink and everything else had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. On a positive note, the staff responded immediately to our complaint and offered us a room change!
The second room was significantly cleaner, and we were much more satisfied with it. However, the room was very poorly soundproofed and quite draughty. As it was very windy at one point, we could clearly feel the wind coming through because the door did not close properly. This unfortunately made the room less comfortable.
The breakfast was also disappointing and fell well below our expectations.
Overall, we really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were, especially when they helped us resolve the issues with our first room. The second room was much cleaner, and we were more satisfied with it. However, the rooms were quite sparsely furnished, the breakfast was disappointing, and the poor soundproofing and draughty door affected our comfort. Considering the overall experience, we felt that the accommodation would have been more suitable at a lower price. While we were grateful for the staff’s kindness and efforts to help us, we believe there is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, facilities and overall comfort.
