Looked decent and they were nice
Got bit multiple times while sleeping resulting in welts and being extremely itchy and swollen. Very uncomfortable couldn’t sleep at all.
There is a good Sushi restaurant and the breakfast is good.
We are on the 4 th floor. Our room is very noisy due to the center AC units located directly above the top floor. I think more than half of 4th floor rooms are noisy. The staff is under staffed and is unable to find another room due to she needs to answer other calls consistently.
The bed is too soft. The vent in the bath room looks very dirty.

Older blonde woman working breakfast was rude. Numerous kids and adults had no shoes on just socks for breakfast, but she made a point to single me out. My boots were muddy so I just wore my socks too. Didn’t go back for breakfast the next day. Just checked out and left.
The hotel is really beautiful with a grand central foyer. My room was very pleasant, just as pictured on the website, a space that I truly enjoyed being in when there. The bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows and pretty bedding. Large screen TV across from the bed. Excellent bathroom. A coffee machine with coffee and decaf choices and small refrigerator were an added bonus. There was a generous breakfast with a good variety of choices. The dining room was very pleasant. The reception staff were all excellent. I couldn't have been more satisfied considering the reasonable nightly rate.
There was a $3.93 per night parking charge, which apparently is now quite common in the Denver area.

I been going to Colorado couple times and this never happened, supposed you go for vacation and when you comes out your car is with broken windows and somebody stole your stuff, plus there’s no security cameras looking to parking lot, plus there’s no reimbursement from hotel. So not I’m not happy is not worth, location looks cool but nah.

Dear Hotel Management,I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel.To begin with, the bed in our room was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. Unfortunately, the situation worsened late that evening. Around 11:00 PM, the guest in the room next to us began making excessive moaning and screaming noise that continued well past 2:30 AM. The disturbance was so loud that we were ultimately forced to bang on the wall in an attempt to get some quiet. Trust me who knew someone could go that long!! At the same time, guests on the other side of our room were blasting loud music against the wall where our bed was located. The music continued until nearly 3:30 AM. Despite multiple attempts to reach the front desk for assistance, no one answered the phone. There was also no staff member available at the front desk. I eventually had to contact the call center to request that someone get in touch with hotel staff to address the situation.Between the uncomfortable bed, the excessive noise from both sides of our room, and the lack of available staff support, we were unable to sleep and had an extremely unpleasant stay. This was not the level of comfort or service we expected. would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and would like to know how you plan to address this experience.
