Hotel Review
We booked a more expensive room (21 sqm) expecting more space, as comfort was important to us. While the room was clean, it turned out to be very cramped, and the actual space did not match expectations based on the stated size.
The mattresses and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable, and the old wooden windows add to the discomfort.
We booked 7 nights via Agoda and asked reception about changing the room or clarifying the room size. We were told that all rooms are the same, and no alternative was offered.
Seven nights in such a small room was not comfortable, especially considering we paid extra for a larger room.
Pros: excellent location, clean towels, overall cleanliness.
Cons: room size, uncomfortable beds, old windows, lack of flexibility from staff.
The receptionists were great ! Very friendly and kind
Especially Masha and Fernando where the best !!!!
A very clean hotel and so quiet at night!
I will choose it again for sure!
Staff excellent
Great hotel, newly refurbished room that was clean and comfortable.
Secure parking and easy walk to the subway to get around Milan.
Better than expected ! Picture dont reflect the quality of the room. I was positively surprise. Great location, neer train station and metro.
Bath too small water only from top hair gets wet. Room space limited suitcase no place to storage. Breakfast too expensive.

We were very pleased with this hotel list it as 3 starts but the service, cleanliness, quality of bed etc and the location. All brilliant. This hotel located on the good side of town and it quite and not far from the Milano central. I feel safe when I was back from the day trip at 10pm. I m 100% recommend.
This hotel is great! close to metro and train statiom. Staff very helpful.
We only stayed one night and did not have breakfast. We arrived by train and found the location of the hotel convenient for that. The room was clean, and only let down because it was dated. It does seem that some rooms have been updated though - so maybe we were unlucky for that. Within an easy walk we found a nice restaurant for dinner and also a breakfast.
Nice, new and clean room, great bathroom, additionallysmall fridge in the room. Late night check in available. The airco blew freezing aur at 3am, impossible to turn up the temperature and I was cold. There is only one tiny lift so you wait for ages, better off taking steps. All in all nice stay in central location.
Very convenient
Noise rattles the building from 6:30am with hammering, drilling and grinding!
Reception insist they have no control over this however it is their motel that is under renovation. Took the elevator to the floor above where the noise comes from to confirm. Rooms smell of smoke, insects throughout the room. Don't stay here unless you want poor service and facilities and staff who tell you to email your complaint and take no accountability!
Nice hotel in great location for traveling by train
This hotel is within easy walking distance of the Milan train station. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted, all our details confirmed and check in was very easy. The staff are amazing … when we asked about a good restaurant nearby (there are many!) we were escorted to an excellent restaurant by one of the staff … it was a busy Saturday evening and we didn’t have reservations. There is a pleasant outdoor area to sit quietly and read or enjoy a drink. While this isn’t a fancy hotel, it’s a perfect, convenient spot to use as a home base while you explore all Milan has to offer.
Beautiful views of the lake with a wonderful ambiance
I was very well received by the staff who treated me great even if I stayed for a single night. Very close to the train station and some good restaurants around.
First of all there is a renovation on 2nd floor and they didnt tell us of course and gave room on the 1st level. Works started at 7 oclock. So if you dont want to wake up early in the morning dont goto this hotel at this time.
The hotel was acceptable and the staff were helpful and professional. The hallways are a little confusing due to the layout of the hotel. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay, close to dining, cafes, and transportation. Just a few minutes from Milan Central.
I've stayed in that hotel for 1 night some weeks ago. When I entered the room I couldn't believe in what I saw: the hotel room was like apartment of my grandma that was renovated in eighties... Bathroom was very old with strange water flushing system in the toilet. To flush the water you need to firmly press handle... I wasn't aware that when I book a hotel the room could be from some 40 years ago... Not cozy at all. Also the room facilities made my feel I stay in my grandma room - 30 years ago that would be OK.
When I was checking out I was in hurry to catch a train. In early morning I greeted the receptionist and rushed to the train station. When I was leaving (I was already in the doorway) I suddenly hear the receptionist screaming at me loudly. It was a tell man with short black hair and a dark complexion. I was amazed I got yelled at and came back to the reception (I should have left as screaming at the guest i something I never experienced from a receptionist. Eventually, it turned out they forgot to charge me some 6 EUR for a city tax. I paid immediately, but the man wasn't able to answer my question why I wasn't asked to pay that before. His English seemed to be OK, but for some reason he didn't want to answer my question. It the end I successfully made it for the train, but the situation was highly unprofessional and outrageous. I travel the world and if there is a city tax to be payed, I'm informed about it at the arrival.
