Pros:

Locatie in de oude atad. Parkeren IN het hotel met lift direct naar de kamer. Mooie kamer met uitzicht op tuin en stad.

Cons:

Moie kamer had ruome badkamer maar helaas geen douche maar een bad. Met 85 jaar kan ikn iet in bad, op liever er niet uit en kan niet lekker douchen. Restaurant pri ma met plaats voor de hond en leuk menu maar......glas open wijn 17 euro per glas!

Mercure verander je wifi policy - al de rest is bovenste best
Pros:

Ideaal, een parking onder het hotel tegen een schappelijke prijs. Bagage uitladen en recht naar boven. De lokatie is echt in het centrum met restaurants en cafés vlakbij. Het ontbijt is boven gemiddeld, met alle opties. Een aangename tussenstop op weg naar Spanje.

Cons:

Het ouderwetse systeem om wifi enkel toegankelijk te maken via een soort mail-lidmaatschap van de Mercure groep, is echt een drawback. Wat is in godsnaam nog het marketing benefit van een dergelijke benadering? Voor mij is het alvast een afknapper om geen Mercure hotel meer te nemen, ondanks hun vele andere troeven.
