What's not to say! We were out for drinks on the weekend and we stopped into Sonesta ES Suites. The staff seemed a bit stressed, though; it was busy so I can't complain. My girlfriend was taken aback with how clean the place was and wanted to steal one of the pink toilets haha. One last thing Manager at the reception was such a character. I was watching him run back and forth, helping the bar and going to reception. I had a chat with him and the man doesn't stop.

Staff are excellent, especially at the reception. None of our extra requests were a problem. We had 3 loft rooms, perfect for groups of 4. Hotel is in a wonderful location, just a few minutes from the train station. Really nice rooms with a kitchenette and sitting room. Food in the restaurant is good. We got the egg/bacon baps to go in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel in Fresno.

I travelled on my own for work; this was the third time I had stayed at a Sonesta ES Suites hotel for work purposes. The rooms are unbelievably comfortable and I have never had an issue with the cleanliness of this place. The hotel is a stone throw away from city hall and all the amenities in the city center. All the staff there are fantastic and no ask seems too much for them – amazing service.

Had the loveliest stay at Sonesta ES Suites; honestly, one of those places that just gets it. The room was spotless, super cosy, and had that calm, thoughtful vibe that makes you actually want to relax instead of just crash for the night.

But the real highlight was staff. I had a small issue during my visit and she went out of her way to help me with such genuine kindness. It wasn’t just “good service"; it was one of those moments that makes you feel properly looked after. Little acts of kindness go a long way, and she absolutely made my experience special.

Would 100% recommend staying here if you’re visiting Fresno. Great rooms, great atmosphere, and even better people. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at Sonesta ES Suites Fresno. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, polite, and always happy to help. Vincent was especially funny, friendly, and very professional. I can’t remember all the names. He was also incredibly helpful and polite.

The location is spot on, the cleanliness was excellent, and everything was very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The property was well maintained, clean, and quiet. Perfect for my needs to assist a family member recuperate from a medical procedure.

Had to stop by Fresno for an event and booked this hotel for two nights. The food was decent, and the rooms were clean and spacious. I enjoyed chatting with the staff, who accommodated me properly. I recommend this hotel most.

First things first: Get the breakfast at this hotel, it's the best!. If you can't make it all the way at once, there's a nice restaurant halfway! It's a really nice neighborhood. Our room was tiny, but the space was well utilized. The lobby is pretty simple, but the bar off the lobby is quite nice. Staff are friendly and courteous. The property is clean and well kept, with a few rough edges and worn spots here and there. Loved it! I will book again for my business meeting, thanks.
