When I arrives the room that I booked wasn't available but Anthony at the front desk really took care of me brought me a shower chair because I'm handicapped extra towels only thing the bed was entirely too soft I have bad back.. but Anthony again went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Our absolute go to in Fresno! Rooms are huge (stayed in all types), breakfast is great, landscaping is well kept and nice, grandkids LOVE basketball court, and location is super close to Fresno State, grocery store and food. Staff tops it off!!

It was just a stop on the way to Sequoia Park. Free parking. Nice Chinese food near the hotel. A huge plus was the hotel's laundry service, which allowed us to do our laundry during our short stay. Typical American breakfast, meaning pretty average quality. It was okay to grab something quickly, but nothing special.
The air conditioning and the refrigerator in the room were both extremely loud, which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the carpets in the hotel corridors were very dirty and poorly maintained. Strange smell in the hotel.
