Resepsiyonda bizi karsılasan personel cok kibardı

Cons:

Yatak cok rahatsız, kahvalti cok eksik, odalarda hiç bir şey yok, başka odalarda içilen sigara kokusu koridora yayılıyor ve bizim odamız sigara kokuyordu. Konumu da çok güzel değildi. Tren istasyonuna ve old city kısmına yakın cok daha iyi oteller oldugunu düşünüyorum. Bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğiz.

Perfect stay, clean room, great breakfast and very friendly staff.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable, with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and had a good variety. We would also like to highlight the administrator — a very polite, attentive and friendly young man who made our stay even more pleasant.

Cons:

Everything was great, no complaints.

房間乾淨，工作人員真的親切
Pros:

這次旅行中唯一感到比較親切的就是飯店櫃檯人員，尤其是這間，每個人員都很棒，解釋的很清楚，送他們一點點鳳梨酥，隔天還特別給我謝謝，還有竟然把我升等到最高級的套房，真的感激，雖然城市稅從14歐，立刻變成60歐，但是真的會想賴在房間不想出門

沒有不喜歡，唯一可惜的是，因為前一天才訂，沒有早餐選項，沒吃到早餐有點可惜。
