The rooftop terrace, including the pool, bar and L'Oliveraire restaurant, is open from the 15th of May to September, weather permitting.

The pool is open from 09:30 to 21:00. It is free of charge to hotel guests. Loungers and towels are provided.

Bon hôtel
Pros:

Bon emplacement, le tram se trouve en face de l'entrée de l'hôtel et le vieux nice est à moins de 10 minutes à pied - la chambre était grande et la terrasse avec piscine est très agréable

Cons:

Le personnel n'a pas toujours été très sympathique. Les femmes de ménage parlent très fort dans les couloirs et la salle de sport n'est pas très bien équipée.

It’s a very good hotel and I would like to stay here again. The bed was very comfortable
Pros:

Lovely rooftop pool and good rooftop bar and restaurant with professional staff

Cons:

The bathroom basin drainage was unclear in the bathroom and the unusual base plug had not been set to the draining position before I arrived which led to me reporting it as a problem in the early morning nighttime hours and a maintenance person at the hotel had to attend my room later in the day to resolve it.

Also, it was not clear to me how to adjust the air conditioning and I didn’t have time to ask the reception to explain this. Unfortunately as the air conditioning was too cool and there was not a clear way of turning it off, I got a headache from it on the third day of my stay.

Hidden Gem
Pros:

Had a lovely stay in a great location between two fantastic parts of Nice — the Old Town and the New Town.
On arrival, we were allowed to check in early, which made the holiday even more enjoyable as we didn’t have to worry about our bags and could head straight out to explore the city.
Friendly staff, clean and good size rooms.
Will return again.

horrible.. but well photoshopped hotel
Pros:

Dirty , old , smelly.. almost destroyed my vacation in Nice entirely .
The hotel provides nice photo, but nothing in reality . They did a good job on photoshop but clean and maintain the rooms. I booked for 4 nights and end up checking out in a hour and pay extra to stay in other hotel.
