It was ok but would not stay there on my way home

It was very clean. The pillows were a plus 10

Cons:

When I took my shower it was barely luke warm. When I said something at the check out the girl said oh I am sorry I will report it but she could have cared less.

Water wasn’t hot enough. Bathroom door didn’t close well. Not all the Team Members wore name tags.
There was a “Caution” sign in the elevator hanging on the rail.
Never saw the General Mgr.
Those handling food should wear plastic gloves.

Inside was pleasant, & my room was clean. Staff was friendly. Always enjoy the breakfast as well.

Cons:

Location was a little sketchy & was hard to locate. Access off the main road was confusing. Pool area seemed depressed, dark, gloomy & not very clean.

Another flawless stay with spotless rooms and excellent service.
Pros:

Everything was perfect, just like always at Hampton Inn! The rooms and the pool were exceptionally clean, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and welcoming. The whipped cream for the hot chocolate was the perfect cherry on top of a great stay.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything was absolutely great.

I would definitely stay here again .
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice - lots of choices and well stocked.
The location was wonderful. After lots of driving, being able to walk around the property was wonderful.
We had stayed in boutique hotels in Philadelphia and Brooklyn over the weekend, and I found our time in Washington much more comfortable.
