Becky was amazing at getting us quickly checked in. After realizing that I had just had a medical procedure and was ready to laydown she gave us a room away from everyone so i could get the best sleep ever. She's definitely a great asset to this hotel.
The bed and pillows were super comfortable you could just melt in them. I will definitely be booking here again and I hope to see Becky in the future.

This is a fun hotel laid out like a labyrinth, with a connected indoor-outdoor pool, large fitness room, lounge, and restaurant. The room was comfortable and quiet. We booked through a third party initially for one night then extended it to two, which caused a glitch, but Becky at the front desk went out of her way in straightening everything out. Had chili and salad in the restaurant, where Meadow our waitserver took great care of us. Loved the chili (hot!) and potatoes at the breakfast buffet the next morning. All of the staff here were friendly and gracious. Thanks!

I stayed at the Doubletree Hotel in Ann Arbor because it is a nice hotel and my sister was to have heart surgery on February 5, 2026 at U of M. We stayed for 2 nights, February 4th and 5th. Because of spending most of the time at the hospital, I locked my purse in the lock box located in the hotel room. Without realizing it, when I pulled out my purse on the 5th, I left behind my checkbook, a sealed letter from my sister, a $25 gas card, and a pink highlighter.
Upon returning home, I realized I couldn’t find the letter and the gas card. That was really odd! I looked all over for them. A few days later, I realized I was missing my checkbook. We scoured our place looking. Then, the thought came to us that perhaps I lost them all at the same time. My husband suggested calling the Doubletree Hotel in Ann Arbor, but I really didn’t think they would be there.
After 3 weeks, I still hadn’t found any of them and my husband asked me again if I called your hotel. I said no, but then decided I would call.
I spoke with Becky at the front desk and explained what I was looking for. She was very kind, wrote it down and told me I should hear back from the hotel within a couple days. Becky also said there was a chance no one has used the lock box in room 165 since I was there. (It had been 3 weeks now!)
Less than 2 hours passed, and I heard back from Becky. THEY FOUND ALL OF IT!! (It had been 3 weeks!!! No one tossed it in the trash. Instead, everything was placed in a Manila envelope and put in the back.) Becky had checked with Heather from housekeeping. Someone had found it, and housekeeping put it in the back room. I came by a couple hours later and Amber from the front desk had all of it for me, including the pink highlighter.
I was so happy! The letter was from my big sister, the one that had the open heart surgery. It was priceless.
I am so grateful to Becky and Amber from the front desk and Heather from housekeeping. They were all very kind. I’m sure you are very proud. I know I am!

This is a comfortable property I've visited several times, but they are having new problems. On my most recent stay, the website and confirmation email both showed a "Total price for Stay" less than what was billed to my credit card. They are now adding a $5 parking fee on top of the agreed price. Also, when I tried to use their QR code for tipping the housekeeper, they added a 21% fee to the agreed amount after checkout. When I requested a refund according to the contact info in the tip receipt, I was told they are unable to help with any transaction. These are deceptive business practices and should not be tolerated by anyone.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good.
Thank you to the very friendly front desk staff! From check in to check out both girls were super friendly and helpful. Becky on Monday morning and I believe it was Angela on Sunday afternoon.
Becky made my stay so much easier. She greeted me right away, answered all my questions, and helped me get checked in fast. She also pointed me to good nearby spots and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay here again, mostly because of the service Becky provided.
Our servers were amazing. Megan and Olivia were the best. Fast and friendly service. Best night ever. Drinks were fantastic.
