Breakfast used to be way better and higher variety in choices. I liked when they were trying to save the food with table covers saying no food should be wasted…
Now they have new design which is good btw.

Pros:

Czystość, przestronny pokój, dystrybutory z wodą.

Cons:

bardzo miękki materac. dosłownie zapadłam się w niego. dzięki temu ani sen nie był ok ani kręgosłup następnego dnia. więc to brzmi jak katorga a nie wypoczynek. basen zamknięty bez wcześniejszej informacji. Bar hotelowy zamknięty wieczorem przed czasem wobec czego nie mogłyśmy skorzystać. Brak wywietrznika w toalecie. Lokalizacja też taka sobie.

Bylo okay.

Cons:

Przy zameldowaniu zostałem poinformowany, że śniadanie jest wliczone w cenę pobytu. Rano poszliśmy na śniadanie, podałem numer pokoju i bez problemu zaczęliśmy jeść. Po około 15 minutach pracownica podeszła do nas i oznajmiła, że nastąpiła pomyłka i śniadanie jest jednak dodatkowo płatne. Taka sytuacja była bardzo nieprofesjonalna i postawiła nas w niezręcznej sytuacji. Oczekiwałbym, że hotel bierze odpowiedzialność za błędy w komunikacji z gośćmi. Niestety pozostawiło to bardzo słabe wrażenie.

Mały basen, wiecznie zajęte jacuzzi ( nie byłam ani razu).
Pracująca młodzież w restauracji bez kultury, słychać wulgarne odzywki za barem w głąb kuchni, brudne talerze a zamiast sałatki z krewetkami dostałem cezar z kurczakiem.
