Udany pobyt!
Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, czysty, cichy pokój. Wygodne łóżko. Duży parking. Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji. Smaczne śniadanie i pyszne jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej.

Cons:

Brak żelazka w pokoju i brak wody butelkowanej w pokoju.
Konieczność korzystania z nalewania wody do karafki z dystrybutora na piętrze przy windzie. Może ekologiczne, ale co najmniej słabo komfortowe jak ktoś w nocy chciałby się napić wody. Trzeba przyjeżdżać z własną, albo po zameldowaniu napełnić od razu karafkę.
Proponuję zmianę na szklane butelki i jednak wodę w pokoju. Dystrybutor co najmniej niewygodny.

Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation - great stay!
Pros:

-The hotel is conveniently located close to the main roads, Spodek and a petrol station. Supermarket Lidl is only a 5-minute walk away. Despite the hotel's location close to the main roads, the room was quiet and peaceful.
-There is a convenient and quite spacious car park dedicated to the hotel guests - we had no issues with finding a free parking spot.
-The reception desk team was very professional and nice - both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient.
-The decor was modern and tasteful; all the spaces were clean and comfortable.
-In the hallway by the lifts, there was a mineral water distributor - a nice option to re-fill a bottle water. By the main entrance, there was also a spot dedicated to pets - with a dog bed and water bowls; this was a very nice touch.
-The room was spacious, with a large wardrobe, a desk, a small sofa and several power outlets. There was also a kettle, mugs and a selection of teas in the room.
-In the bathroom, there was a shampoo and shower gel available.
-The buffet breakfast was fantastic - there were a lot of options of food and drinks. There was even a juicer with large selection of fruit and vegetables for a refreshing cold-pressed juice, as well as waffle-maker with waffle butter. The coffee was also lovely and tasty. The breakfast room was spacious and quiet, with a professional and efficient staff.

Piękny widok na miasto i Muzeum Śląskie, blisko do Spodka i NOSPR. Pokój i śniadanie świetne.

Cudowny personel
Pros:

Przede wszystkim bardzo miły personel. Zarówno osoby w recepcji jak i restauracji były dla nas bardzo miłe i pomocne. Dzięki nim czuliśmy się tutaj jakbyśmy byli u rodziny a nie w hotelu.
Śniadania były bardzo dobre, a jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji na najwyższym poziomie.

Cons:

Jednego wieczora była chłodniejsza woda w basenie. Dalej była ok, ale bardziej była do pływania niż do hotelowej rekreacji.
