A lovely comfortable hotel, well located for exploring Bilbao
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful with guidance to getting around the city. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a great range of tasty dishes and refreshing drinks to get the morning energy kick started.

Cons:

A warmer welcome on our arrival at the Reception would have been appreciated. Our initial sense at Reception was that checking us in was a chore or botheration. We felt a real absence of positive customer service. We realised that such treatment during our stay was a random exception as the quality of customer care from other staff was excellent.
