Cons:

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento . La habitación
Se me un poco deteriorada . El marco de la puerta del baño roto por abajo .
Muebles un poco viejos .
Estaban en huelga y cuando llegamos tenían toda la puerta de entrada llena de pegatinas y el suelo sucio de papeles .
Nos avisaron de que no nos iban a limpiar la habitación por la huelga aunque al final lo hicieron.

全体にゆったりとした作りで、スタッフも親切でした。

Cons:

パスやメトロ駅からは少し距離があリます。それにホテル名が、グーグル・マップでは少し違う名前になっていて、さらにホテルチェーン名が付く表記もあり、紛らわしく、また住所で検索すると全く別の場所を示すなど、Bilbao市内に入ってから迷いました。

Tienen a las camareras de piso en huelga desde hace meses, por lo que este servicio no te lo da.
Me enviaron mail comunicándomelo y dándome opción a la cancelación de la reserva, que no quise hacer por ser hace años cliente y no darle mayor importancia que a un tema puntual. No obstante, al llegar allí y enterarme de que el problema dura ya varios meses, no me pareció lógico. Deberían haberle puesto remedio mucho antes ya que los únicos perjudicados son los clientes, que seguimos pagando lo mismo por un servicio que no prestan, no teniendo por parte del hotel ningún detalle que al menos supliera las molestias.

Good hotel price qualité
Pros:

Friendly welcome at the reception. We had a room with a terrace. It was located at the back of the street, which wasn't a problem for us. Breakfast was really good. The only problem was that one day they didn't have enough tables in the breakfast room because of the overcrowding. As a result, guests were directed to another area for breakfast. Nevertheless, we managed to get a table in the breakfast room. There is also an outdoor terrace between the different buildings where you can sit
