Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

No rooms were available at check in time. Hotel is run down. Front desk staff were not friendly or sorry that room was not ready, very unapologetic.

A reliable family stay when visiting Greensboro.
Pros:

I use this location whenever I (with family and pet) visit my relatives in Greensboro. It is affordable, reliable, allows pets, and convenient to the expressways. The breakfast is also very nice. The pool is now repaired, but I did not try it.

Cons:

Noisy Saturday night, I think there was an event with lots of young people. Also the facilities (carpets, paint, doors) look a little old.

Pros:

We stayed in room 412 and the bed was very comfortable and bedding smelled clean.

Cons:

Had to switch rooms due to very noisy air conditioner . The new rooms’ air conditioner woke us at 1:00 am. It sounded like an airplane taking off, we turned it off. Hotel has an overall smell like someone tried to clean mold and it didn’t work. Carpets probably need to be taken out. We will not be back and dont recommend this hotel.

Convenient location in Greensboro.

Cons:

Old facilities needing significant refurbishing. Rooms had strange smells, a/c unit started to smoke on our second night. Roaches in the night stand.
