The layout of the property, nice restaurant, the Friday evening party snd Buffett.
Having to take a taxi to get to the city. Maybe a shuttle that is cost effective would be a great addition.
Good location, restaurant and bar looked good.
We booked as a triple but our room wasn’t made up for this on our arrival - sofa bed not made and not enough towels for us all. The room was very small when all beds made up so the room was no good for anything more than sleeping.
It was very hot in the room - the law in Milan is that air conditioning cannot be switched on until May. Windows open and ear plugs were fine though.

Toilet stop working and had to be fixe, door to the room safe was loose, bathroom was out of date
Close to the AirPort
The service was orribile, but people amazing. They didn’t deduct the cost for breakfast that I did not do (I left at 5 in the morning) and they didn’t deduct the cost of the second person that at the end did not manage to come, so I payed for additional person even though they were not there. More over i asked for the slippers I had forgotten, and they told me that only the exlusive room can have slippers, but I payed just 238€ for few hours, no breakfast and 1 person.
