Die gute Erreichbarkeit ! Das gute und reichhaltige Frühstück! Alles top sauber!

Cons:

Die Matratze vom Zustellbett war abgelegen und schlecht gepolstert ,daher unbequem!
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Restaurant,sowie der Geschmack der Gerichte entsprachen nicht unseren Vorstellung!

Hôtel idéal pour aller voir un match de hockey
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour aller voir un match de hockey des JO 2026 à la patinoire Santagiulia et accessible sans grande difficulté en transport public.
Par contre il est relativement loin du centre ville.
L'hôtel est confortable et le personnel sympathique.

Cons:

L'accès à pied depuis l'arrêt des transports publics.

Nice stay but I think the rooms are slightly overpriced
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and there were enough option for everybody to choose from. I also liked the comfort of the beds and I was on the fourth floor, so the view from my room was nice. The hotel is very close to the airport and it may not be that close to the city centre but I was able to get there within 25 minutes by tram, so not too bad.

Cons:

I was charged doubled by the hotel because I initially paid for my room via Booking.com but somehow it had not registered in their system and I had to pay for the room again. Thankfully, I got a refund the following day but still an annoying situation.

Great facilities and friendly staff, close (but not within walking distance) to the airport.
Pros:

Really good facilities and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Room was a little too warm, and it is a shame that there is not a free courtesy bus to the airport - it looks nearby but in fact is quite a drive from the terminal.

Willkommen fühlen, tolles Personal.
Pros:

Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist das Personal! Egal ob an der Rezeption, an der Bar oder beim Frühstück - alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, offen und sorgen dafür, dass man sich in jedem Moment willkommen fühlt. Grüße an Nishi an der Bar, der dafür gesorgt hat, dass wir pünktlich zu unserem Olympia-Event gekommen sind. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich mit großer Auswahl und vielen frischen Produkten. Die Lage ist gut - man kommt mit der Straßenbahn recht schnell in die Innenstadt.

Cons:

An einigen Stellen im Bad sieht man, dass die letzte Renovierung schon etwas her ist.
