Location just off A1 and next to a retail park with plenty of shops.
That the toilet was in a separate room to the bath/shower and sink.
The hotel and staff were lovely and very friendly the rooms were spacious and kept to a high standard, the bar staff were entertaining and good conversations the front off house were very professional and polite and accommodating when asking questions or needed a top up of tea and coffee,

The full English Breakfast wasn’t up to standard
Staff were very friendly and nothing but helpful and pleasant towards the customer .Room and facilities were very good also breakfast was exceptionally good for all types of people with the amount of different choices available very good value.

Breakfast was atrocious,undercooked and cold food,waited nearly 10 mins for some items to be replaced was informed by a member of staff that it had all been probed and was ok .As a retired head chef I think the restaurant staff need to have more training in cooking and presentation.
Staff were friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast. Rooms were a good size, a choice of pillow in the room. Free parking as long as you register your registration. Close to the metro
The desk staff were fantastic as always, and polite.
The shower wasn't in the best condition, there were other occupants that were up in the early hours being quite loud watching news at 1am.
