No tissues restocked in the bath room, no refills of handsoap en also no refill of body wash. We didn’t explicitly tell them about this but I feel every hotel should check

Hôtel à fuir – expérience catastrophique

L’hôtel dans lequel nous avons séjourné était une véritable catastrophe. La chambre était extrêmement sale et remplie de poussière. Il y en avait partout : sur les meubles, au sol, et même dans l’air. On voyait littéralement la poussière voler dans la chambre.

Ma fille, qui est asthmatique, a fait une crise d’asthme à cause de l’état de saleté et de la poussière. C’est inadmissible de louer des chambres dans un état pareil, surtout quand cela met en danger la santé des clients.

J’ai immédiatement signalé le problème à l’accueil et demandé un remboursement. Ils ont pris ma carte bancaire et m’ont assuré qu’un remboursement avait été effectué. À ce jour, je n’ai jamais reçu le moindre remboursement.

Je ne comprends pas comment un établissement dans cet état peut continuer à accueillir des clients. Plus jamais je ne retournerai dans cet hôtel.
