Discounts and/or reward opportunities for recurrent guests would make this hotel 5 stars for us.

Staff is wonderful.
Love the retro corner booth seats in many rooms.

Cons:

Been staying about 3 days each week for over a month and they do not offer any reward programs for continue customers.
I’d look into extending stays more than I already do if there to be decent reward or discount opportunities..

Kind of isolated in not so great location.
Bed was not a queen,
Room was very dusty, floor was very dirty. Large gap in door jam even when door locked.

Would not recommend to anyone.

1 night stop on the interstate
Pros:

Great location right on the interstate. Staff was super friendly. Cheap.

Cons:

The bed was super uncomfortable. There was a post it note made up inside the bed. The bathroom definitely needed attention (fan was very loud & caulking was dirty).

A fine $66 room on the road
Pros:

It's fine for a $66 dollar room. There's no continental breakfast, but it's a $66 room: clean, quiet, accessible. The staff did its job. I stay there frequently on my road trips back home. to the Midwest. Doesn't require a deposit for my dog.

Cons:

A donut or Danish might be nice with the free coffee they offer in the morning, but it's a $66 room. And there's a Buck' ees about 5 miles up the road.

Overall stay was good just lacked some small convenience add one to make it a bit more comfortable.
Pros:

Location for our visit to area was excellent. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Poor room lighting, could have had more surface space in the room where you could leave luggage open to work from. Counter space and clothes hooks in the bathroom .

I was not satisfied with my stay and will not be staying again.
Pros:

The location to my general destination was great.

Cons:

When I first arrived, they tried to charge me a second time for my room, even though I had already paid. The person at the desk was a little rude. The room smelled like cigarettes, there were some dead bugs on the tub, and there was what looked like mold that had been painted over in the bathroom.
