The layout of the room.
The room was unclean with cigarette ash on the desk and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite me making sure to book a non smoking room. Got in late and was so tired from drive so didn’t wanna bother front desk with it. Decided to check out next morning despite longer stay planned because I didn’t wanna deal with possibly another disappointing room. Called front desk to try and cancel without cancellation fee due to conditions of room. Told me I couldn’t avoid fee because it was my “job” to let them know about the condition of room. I don’t work there? Isn’t it their job to make sure the room is clean and acceptable before I get there? They told me bc I didn’t complain the first night, I had accepted the conditions. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were the manager. I asked to speak to someone besides them and they told me they’d have their manager call me. No one ever called me. All I can say is, I hope no one they care about is ever treated or spoken to the way they treated me. Would not recommend, very scammy feel to it.
Laketa the desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, she was a real pleasure to talk to. The room was large, very nice, and well supplied. The AC worked well. Lots of light in the parking lot, so felt safe.
The parking spaces were laid out oddly. If there were more cars, it would have been rather difficult to park and get out of the parking lot. They need to repaint it. The spots are very slanted, just oddly spaced.
The lady of color I don't know her name she had natural hair she was sooooo nice she's always nice I really love her

The room was completely saturated with the smell of weed. I had to subject my mother in her 70’s to that.
I love how comfortable the room was and the location.
There were a couple of issues with the room.. i get the same room as the last time. But this time, the smoke detector was hanging, by a battery that was not working and it was covered by a plastic bag??
