The location of the hotel.
Their are roaches, their is Marijuana smell through out the day and night. I am 6 months pregnant with twins. I also have a two year old who had to smell it. Alot of noise and partying goes on. Then the office attempted to try to over charge me because I was paying through the bookings app twice. Also they harassed my husband about walking to with his shirt off to throw away trash. There is clothes hanging on the balcony often. The office lies often so its best to keep receipts because they will try to shorten your stay even if you paid for a longer stay. They are not people who have integrity. The cleaning staff work hard but its not that many of them and they are not provided with the resources needed to give excellent cleaning. The carpet is extremely dirty, if you walk on the carpet your feet turns black.
Huge park across the street for walking/jogging which was good since the hotel did not have a fitness center.
Only ice machine was empty Sunday morning by 8 am. Suspect a group of construction workers staying there filled all their ice chests before they left. No one showed up at the front desk when I went to complain. Also, the "Free Breakfast" was next to nothing.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff. Our room was very clean and cleaned daily! I thought our hotel was quiet and convenient to the interstate.
I do not have any complaints about the property.
Dirty bathroom bugs on floor hair in shower.
Noisy from the Hispanic workers staying up late leaving early morning. No breakfast offered.
No pool.
Left before second night stay.
