The location is fantastic, close to Avenida Paulista and within easy reach of shops, restaurants and key attractions. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection and very good quality. The room was very comfortable, and the bed in particular was outstanding, I slept very well. Despite being in an older building, the hotel feels elegant, well maintained and refined.

That said, it is slightly difficult to explain, but although everything is very nice, the hotel feels somewhat soulless. The reception and staff are professional and efficient, but the service can feel a bit robotic. A little more vibrancy and natural engagement would make the experience warmer and more memorable.

The swimming pool is heated, which is a positive feature. However, it is indoors, and in a country like Brazil , where you naturally want to enjoy the sunshine, an outdoor pool would have made a big difference. TO consider .

Overall, it is a comfortable and well-located hotel with excellent breakfast and rooms, but it could benefit from a warmer and more personal atmosphere.

Brilliant stay, would recommend to anyone stopping in São Paulo
Pros:

Brilliant location, very handy for avenue Paulista, clean and the staff are amazing. We arrived after an overnight flight and the receptionist was great at helping us and also stored our luggage until the room was ready (which they managed to sort a few hours early).

Surprisingly well maintained and great service
Pros:

I paid a little more for a room uograde and it was fantastic. Very spacious and very nicely decorated. I saw a standard room and it was just as nice. The hotel although not a boutique hotel, felt like one. Breakfast and service was the best here!

Gym was well equipped

Cons:

Hard to find something I didnt like but Id say the Pool was the least appealing of this hotel. Not sure why but didnt call my attention to use. The roof of the pool area wasnt very nice and just didnt feel like a relaxing space.
