Pros:

Booked through Expedia, room was dirty and in disrepair. Didnt actually stay there , couldn't get a refund from the hotel as they said we had to get it from Expedia. Wasn't able to get refund from Expedia as they said it was up to the hotel...so the customer, me, has to pay both comanies....

Nice Hotel
Pros:

This hotel met all my criteria - clean, safe and budget friendly.
Parking easy, right in front of my door.
Has microwave and mini fridge.
Pool looked filled, but not open.
Biggest towels I think I've seen in a hotel.
The only thing I wish the room had was a deadbolt or chain lock for the door. Just for extra piece of mind as single female traveler.

Stay away from this hotel.
Pros:

Unfriendly and unaccommodating night manager. The room smelled horrible and the pull out sofa mattress had yellow stains with no sheets/bedding. You could not pay us to stay here! Stay away!!!

This is one of the better properties in DFW that have smoking rooms available. Room was large and clean, and Housekeeping was adequate. It is very difficult to get to from I-20/820 -- you need four right-hand turns to get to the I-35W access road after initially driving by the place; less difficult from I-35 north of I-20/820 by taking the Altamesa exit. I was disappointed to find no pebble grain on the floor of the shower/tub -- at least grab bars were provided and I bought a non-slip tub mat from Sears to feel safer.

Great value and terrific staff
Pros:

The room was much more spacious than expected and it was super clean! The bed was so comfortable you really didn't want to leave. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered in a long time. Highly recommended!

Pros:

I am not sure what I like about the property but the night manager was nice. The cleaning staff wasnt nice so hope the staff will treat the guest as they deserve to be treat.
