Hatalmas, kényelmes, csendes szoba
Pros:

Hatalmas szoba kanapéval, kényelmes méretű fürdőszobával. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes, a szoba csendes volt, a reggeli pedig finom.

Was ok.probably won’t stay at that location again very noisy after 11pm
Pros:

It was nice but had a musty smell when we walked in

Cons:

Musty smell and the couch smelled like ass so bad. We covered it but so strong. We did tell them when we checked out. But the inconvenience of not having a couch to sit on was sucky. The fire pit ran out of gas about 5 min in use but the staff was good

Pros:

Nous avons été surclassés d'un studio à une suite plus grande. Le personnel est très gentil et aimable. Le petit déjeuner est correct, il manque peut-être un peu plus de fruits. L'équipement de la kitchenette est très bien tout est prévu.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une studio avec un canapé lit pour nos enfants et 10 et 13 ans et la qualité du matelas est vraiment faible. Il y avait un creux au centre et on sentait les renforts métalliques. Il y en a un qui a finalement dormi sur la banquette à côté. La piscine et le spa étaient fermés, nous aurions aimé être prévenus avant car nous voulions vraiment en profiter.

This lady at the desk was rude when I called with a problem with my room. Her answer was “What would you like me to do about it”? That is not a reply to a customer. Not professional at all!!

I had a problem with the AC in my room. I had left my room and told the manager I would be gone for the majority of the day so when I return I need to change rooms. He then agreed. When I stopped by my room to pick something up that I had forgotten, a maintenance man was in my room without my permission. I then said to him. WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY ROOM???? He spoke no English!!! Then proceeded to leave my room. He was acting like he was checking my AC.

This was so UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have stayed in this hotel before because it is close to my family. I will be looking for a new establishment for my next trip.
