very clean room and loved it had a outside blacony
I visited the property for a work conference. The location entrance was a little confusing but the lobby area was visually appealing. Check-in was easy and Jane at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nicely designed and was stocked with everything needed. I had two glitches which were reported immediately firstly, the tv did not operate properly. Jane got an engineer to come and service it right away. Secondly, I found a light light fixture broken when I arrived. It was not repaired during the length of my stay.
My conference was hosted at the property and the adjoining buildings made for easy transition when we were off. Overall a very good experience at the property.
Jane, the receptionist was very helpful, friendly and professional.
Our stay was great. We were a little disappointed about the indoor pool being closed for renovations but it didn’t impact us much since it is winter in Georgia and knew the out door would be closed. When we checked in Jane was there and helped us and she was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us all the directions for the hotel and paces to check out locally. She even updated our reservation because I didn’t indicate I had my daughter with me so we got my full diamond status benefits. If you’re going to stay here make sure to tell Jane hi because she is awesome.
This is my favorite hotel in Georgia! Been staying here for almost 5 years
Jane was an absolute huge help during our stay. She’s an asset to this hotel
I had a spectacular time during my stay! I’d been once before and loved it so when I brought my 11 year old for their birthday I knew it was going to be nothing short of amazing. Everybody on the staff was so lovely, kind, accommodating and sweet. Names like Ms. Jernice, Jane, Athena, and Mr. Brian the maintenance supervisor all did their due diligence to make sure we had nothing short of a beautiful time. If you want a quality stay in a beautiful place with people who are just simply kind and accommodating because they know what it’s like to want to have a nice time on vacation this is ten thousand percent the place to be. Happy to be a Hilton rewards member and this is my go to place for a good time!
This hotel has been designed immaculately. Ideal for the keen consumer to de-stress & de-light in the thoughtful structure nestled in the woods. This hotel is a gem among thousands of hotels because it has something for everyone to be inspired.
Nature leads the way & the staff is helpful @ every turn. Athena (night Front desk) exceeded expectations when she read a problem & solved it without missing a step! Truly a rising star!!
Located conveniently on a city-maintained fitness trail, artwork mirrors nature throughout. They offer a full, elaborate gym (that I LOVED) & wellness space (hot tub & indoor pool not available during stay).
Walking to a well-appointed outdoor mall with wooded & water views was easy on this paved, safe trail. I logged 13k steps & shopped @ Arhaus to boot. Because this hotel is also a structure of color, shape & purpose, it shines. Photos illustrate the textural & organoleptic opportunities throughout. An MCM artistry rivaling Frank Lloyd Wright is upon u.
They’ve elevated the property & their clients’ stay by embracing circles, squares, & hexagons throughout the hotel. Repeated in the carpeting, pool, nature artwork throughout. Always balancing hard surfaces with softer elements like wood, textiles, artwork, furniture. Nothing is mundane or boring.
Btw, if ur ordering from the restaurant, they do not skip steps. The brisket & bread pudding is made ‘in house’. The breakfast is simply divine! The fruit, cut properly, fresh & varietal. All eggs real, bacon & sausage - both excellent, biscuits, pancakes, Starbucks coffee, etc. omelettes made to order.
Sometimes my reviews begin with “clean” - this hotel is certainly clean, but SO, SO much more,
The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub was great.
The refrigerator and the air conditioning didn’t cool well.
The room was clean, staff was polite and informative.
The breakfast offering was a bit excessive. I would not have eaten $20 worth of food for breakfast.
Perfect for 4th of July weekend for out of town guests!
Nice room and amenities, need more closet space so you can hang clothes that are longer. Facilities, staff and breakfast all were exceptional
closet space not enough to hang clothes.
The location and cleanliness
The room was too hot to sleep and the bathroom didn't have a door on it. Also the TV was consistently pausing and we couldn't watch anything.
