Great alternative
Pros:

地下鉄の駅に近かった。
空港からと無料送迎があり良かった。

Would absolutely stay again
Pros:

Stayed 3 nights and a great value for the area. Queen room is small but entirely adequate and beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Paid around $200 per night which is a bargain for the area. Might have been off season pricing. Easy walk to Museum of Natural History and Central Park.

It was ok. Front desk not super friendly. No coffee in lobby in am. Good location to park. Seems clean. I don’t think I would stay here again though.

My husband I have stayed at the Lucerne before and we have alway had a very pleasant time.
Pros:

The Lucerne Staff was always helpful. Our room was fine and we had a very comfortable stay. Great location and have Nice Matin right there and there's a parking lot across the street.

Quiet luxury in a big city.
Pros:

Hotel was very comfortable and quiet, you didn’t feel like you were in a large noisy city. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff was very accommodating.

Remek elhelyezkedés, kiváló ár-érték arány.
Pros:

Kiváló elhelyezkedés a Central Park közelében, gyalog is el lehetett jutni minden látványossághoz Manhattanben. A szobát remek ár-érték arányban vettük ki több napra gyerekkel. A személyzet segítőkész és udvarias.

Nous avons eu une junior suit avec vraiment beaucoup d’espace

Cons:

La salle de bains a besoin du rafraîchissement…la clime/chauffage est en mode marche/arrêt et fait un bruit énorme pendant elle tourne.

Great location and nice room
Pros:

The Lucerne Hotel is located right in the Upper West Side. It is about a block from the 79th/Broadway subway entrance, which was very helpful the weekend we were there because it was so cold! Also very close to tons of restaurants and markets. The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was helpful and polite. We had a Deluxe Double Queen Suite, which was almost like a small apartment with two rooms. This was great because my daughter likes to sleep, and I could work from the next room without waking her! The room had also had a small fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. I highly recommend.

What a lovely location. Hotel had impeccable service! Wonderful restaurants nearby and market we stayed on the king suite spacious for 4 nights. Staff was professional helpful and we felt pampered.

I like quiet and privacy when I travel. I had neither at this stay. The location is great though.
Pros:

This is the third time I’ve stayed here. I like the location but the hotel is old and needs updates.

Cons:

The bathroom had a leak when turning on the left faucet, water pools there as evident from a brown water stain, the room was noisy, and the view was a brick wall. The air conditioning/heating came on and off waking me. My sister’s room had a great view but her room the air felt like a swimming pool and there was no pool?? Bizarre. The athletic room is tiny but it works.
