1. I like that it is the best location from the airport, 3 mins' drive from Louisville Airport.
2. Spacious standard-sized room. Much room to move around in for three people, including our child.
3. They prepared for us a room with a microwave oven for us to reheat baby food.
4. They got us baby's crib as soon as we arrived.
5. Simple breakfast of bagels, toast, boiled eggs, milk and thin bottomless coffee.
6. Friendly , pleasant staff.
7. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
8. They get very well-behaving customers for their customers due to the higher price points. Stay here with a peace of mind because you will have good neighbours, not those rowdy, dirty and misbehaving customers. Keep it up.
1. Not clean: When I moved the bed, I saw there are dirt and rubbish under the beds. Cleaners did not clean thoroughly.
2. Found some rotten food beside the fridge under the TV set.
3. Found a green Tic Tac/someone's medicine beside the food stool. I was a little disgusted by how the floor is not thoroughly cleaned and mopped for the next customers.
4. Molds in the shower room walls.
5. Stain on the towel I was using, as though the previous users used the towel for wiping coffee stain off of the floor. I did not notice it until after I used the towel so I was a little eeky about it.
Location was good. Room was clean. Nice staff.
Nice location to the Expostion center.
Rooms were not cleaned 5 days, breakfast very poor!
- Shower was a little dirty.
- They were replacing the mattresses on the floor. Mattresses, hardware and boxes all over the place.
- Continental Breakfast. Waffles. Cold cereal and muffins. They were out of Waffle mix.
- No butter for toast
- Coffee was terrible
- To be fair, the room was neat and clean
- The price was very reasonable
- But I would never take my wife or family there
It was in disarray
Hotel was fine but was in middle of construction everywhere. Gym was filled with boxes from construction and pool was closed. 1st room we were given the shower didn’t function properly, but they switched us to another room without any trouble.
We have stayed here several years in a row for the GIE Expo convention. The best part of staying here is you can walk to Gate 6 for the convention very easily and parking is free if you are a hotel guest. The rooms are decent. The neighborhood is sketchy but that's not really the hotel's fault or in their control. You do hear alot of airplane and interstate noise as it is very close to both. They don't have any rooms with a tub so every room has a shower, which is tough when you want to soak achy feet and legs after walking all day. But if you are going to the Kentucky expo it is very convenient.
Tv didnt work asked feont desk to fix tv they never came maids wouldnt give us towels except for one set there was 3 of us had to go to front desk for towels
The hotel was in the process of being renovated. It had just been sold to the Hilton chain. The staff did their best but they were definitely not ready for guests. Although there was alot of renovating going on (mattresses in the corridors, plastic tarps hanging over certain areas), our stay was okay. We chose this hotel for its location within walking distance of a music festival.
Mary was a godsend—she was so sweet and helpful! We booked for LTL and the walk was not bad. It’s right next to a gas station and McDonald’s, and not far from the interstate. They are doing renovations currently, but it did not bother us at all.
Everything was so clean and brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable. Easy access to the festival grounds. Shout out to Mary, she is the best!!! She keeps everything running smoothly. We will be back next year!
The breakfast was a joke. The night time manager was rude and inconsiderate. The rooms were not that great. The only good thing is that it was close to the Louder Than Life venue.
The staff was Very nice and helpful. They are in the middle of renovations and staff are doing what they can. The shower was awful with no water pressure. The towels are tiny and rough and non absorbent. The bed was very comfortable. Drawers would be nice to have.
Front desk staff was very friendly. Hotel was in process of remodeling but still comfortable
The hotel is not the hotel pictured. They are under construction to become a hilton. Its currently a roadside sleep inn. The lobby was littered with buiding equipment and trash. The mattress where just hanging out near the elevator upstairs. The tv never worked in the room. Staff specifically M.S. was super kind
The place is under construction but one person seen all week actually working one day. The room makeover had cheap shoddy workmanship. The A/C was leaking onto the new rug, we had ants and no one came to the room all week to empty trash or make the bed. We were very careful with trash and emptied everyday ourselves bc of ants
