Computer glitches made check in process long. I stood in line for almost 30 minutes.
The staff were friendly. The desk clerk made a big effort to put me on the second floor. I am a senior with a lot of luggage. The lobby looks nice. Good sized refrigerator in the room. Plenty of towels.
Ice machine not working on my floor. No elevator. The exterior looked so unwelcoming. The people below me smoked and my room would stink by way of the bathrooms. Location Is hard to get in and out of. Breakfast items ran out. 9am is too early to stop breakfast time. I stayed here because all other hotels were full.
The staff that we talked to were quite friendly. The rooms were small but adequate, and seemed quite clean.
There was nothing terrible, by any means. Our room was on the second floor and there were no elevators to get us there. We had some heavy stuff, but we did okay. The cost felt pretty steep for the facility, but it was cheaper than others we looked at, so maybe all hotels are just getting way too pricey.
Convenient, nice employees, clean & comfortable.
Inside looks old & outdated.
Staff were gracious.
When a disabled person asks to be placed in a room close to an exit, they MEAN - I can’t walk far, please put me near an exit. However, that did not happen.
megahn and the staff were great to us. They made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of.
the area is kind of scary at times
