My mum has a physical disability, and whilst the hotel is not 100% accessible, the staff were so helpful and accomodating of her needs.. The rooms were spacious for her equipment and very clean. The room was quiet despite being on a busy street due to excellent glazing. Breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection. The spa was a lovely retreat from a busy day walking and caring for my mum. I loved the snippets of old features in the hotel and spa. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Inadmissible , ne pas vous fier aux photos surtout en ce qui concerne la suite avec jacuzzi.
Nous avions réservé 2 nuits consécutives, pour notre nuit de noce, surprise ! Lorsque nous avons ouvert la porte a l'opposé de ce que nous avions payé.
Pas de chauffage ! Même en mettant la clim a 32 ! Odeur de moisi et moisissure autour des fenêtres, douche bouchée ! Abattant WC cassé , finitions qui laisse a désirer.
Lorsque je me suis rendu a la réception le soir meme pour me plaindre et demander une autre chambre on ma prise de haut en me disant que c'était les photos d internet qui n'étaient pas correct et qu'il n'y avait aucune autre chambre disponible, le manager devait trouver une solution pour la seconde nuit , personne n'a pris contact avec nous.
Une HONTE pour un 4 etoiles
J'ai contacté le service client booking mais à ce jour aucune réponse

Comodissimo per la posizione
Pros:

Mi é piaciuta la posizione e la cortesia del personale.

Cons:

Il letto non molto comodo, la colazione poco assortita. Da un quattro stelle mi sarei aspettata almeno l’acqua di cortesia in camera e un bollitore o macchina del caffè. In bagno non ci sono appoggi per il beauty.
