Pros:

Hotel in a great location, very close to the Spanish Steps, the room was clean and we got it ahead of time. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was just fine.

Cons:

Small room, The shower head requires maintenance.

Ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

La ubicación fuera de serie, literal encima de piazza spagna y estación de metro al lado. El personal super atento, saludos a Leslie! La mejor housekeeper. Las camas óptimas, faltarían más almohadas. Buen aire acondicionado y baño completísimo.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue el desayuno, el café malísimo recalentado para un 4 estrellas no daban ganas de tomarlo y lo otro fue la puerta del baño han triple puerta de baño vidrio esmerilado que no se cierra completa imposible tener intimidad.

j'y etais il ya deux ou trois ans
salle de bain sale
tapis d'entree dechire avec des trous bref je n'y retourne plus tres mauvaise experience de plus le monsieur de l'acceuil quand je lui es expliqué qu'un 4 etoile devait avoir unminimum de service il m' a crié dessus bref.

we enjoyed location and hot tub but won’t come back to this one just for that.
Pros:

Location was super close to everything and room is clean.

Cons:

It doesn’t have to be a two storied property. Downstairs just have a day bed where stairs make a very bad creaking noise whenever we walk. It was super dark down the stairs, even my kid got scared of noise and darkness.
They don’t even supply a bottle of water as a complementary drink when we stayed there for 3 days. The person who checked us out in the departure date was very rude so not friendly at all.

جميلة ومكانه استراتيجي
Pros:

1. الأوتيل نظيف جدًا ؛ الفرش جديد وريحته جميلة حتى الارضيات كل شي نظيييف
2. الأوتيل بجنب السلالم الأسبانية من فوق حرفيًا يبعد عنكم أقل من 3د مشي
3. فيه مكيّف وباارد وهذي ميزة صراحة ممتازة فيه
4. الأوتيل بدون سكيوريتي وباب الفندق مفتوح طوال اليوم لكن الشارع الي فيه الاوتيل امان جدًا وهادي
5. صراحة أغلب الاماكن السياحية جنب الاوتيل يعني ابعد مكان مشي ربع ساعة او 20د
6. المروش فيه مويه باردة ودافية
7. يوفرون لكم سليبر وصوابين وشاور جل
8. بدون وديعة

Cons:

الغرف صغيرة / ياخذون صورة من البطاقة الإئتمانية / مرتبة السرير غير مريحة

Amazing location, heart of Rome and yet so quiet to sleep and relax after exploring the City!
Pros:

Very polite and helpful reception staff, restaurant staff and overall all were just impeccable!
Great room (upgraded to a Junior Suite with jacuzzi!)!
Good variety breakfast, good coffees and even gluten free table for those in need.
Highly recommended for stay in Rome!
