Good place to rest for the night.
Pros:

Clean, helpful staff

Cons:

When we checked in we were given a room that was occupied by someone else. The front desk informed us their system went down and they pretty much didn’t know who was in what room. They gave us a new room pretty quickly, but it was concerning they didn’t know what rooms were occupied.

Beds were comfortable. The airconditioning in the rooms was ok but not in the lobby

The Usual
Pros:

Clean, efficient, not in such a great area, but with a heated pool and spa, even if the pool is a bit small. Breakfast was the usual light fare and there wasn’t any water in the room. Will I stop back here? Only if I have no choice.

Not up to Hampton Inn's Usual Standards
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

There were almost no tissues in the room and there was only a small amount of toilet paper on a nearly empty roll. And the breakfast was not up to par with Hampton Inn's usual breakfast, especially the potatoes.

The breakfast attendant, Valerie was awesome. She treated us like family and knew a lot of the guests and catered to the

Great location. Breakfast attendant, Valerie should be made manager and trainer for all hotel customer service. She was very kind and personable.

Cons:

Room smelled musty. We opened the window and thought it would get better but every time we left the room and came back in we could still smell it. We did NOT report it to management because we were just too tired to contemplate changing rooms, which I’m sure they would have gladly done.
