Praktisches Hotel zum Schlafen mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Geschäftsreisende
Pros:

Rezeption war sehr nett und hat nach ihren Möglichkeiten auch alles getan.

Cons:

Dass es im Haus wegen Personalmangels kein Frühstück gab, war für uns leider überraschend und vorab nicht angekündigt. Zusätzlich gab es am Freitag um 8:00 Uhr wegen einer Baustelle kein fließendes Wasser – auch hier hätten wir uns eine kurze Information im Voraus gewünscht. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die Reaktion des Teams vor Ort: Man hat sich sofort gekümmert, sodass das Wasser nach 15 Minuten wieder floss.

Ganz einfaches Hotel, für eine Übernachtung okay
Pros:

Die günstige Lage und der problemlose Parkplatz. Die Schlüsselübergabe in dem Schlüsselkasten.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank zu laut, mindestens 5 Minuten die Dusche laufen gelassen bis einigermaßen warmes Wasser kam. Bei Abreise war kein Mensch an der Rezeption, obwohl die ab 7 Uhr besetzt sein sollte. Der Aufzug war kaputt.

Pros:

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von 2 Nächten um auf die Messe zu gehen, war ich völlig zufrieden! Es war im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels in diesem Zeitraum bezahlbar und das Personal sehr freundlich. Hervorheben würde ich noch das leckere Frühstück, das mir nicht berechnet wurde und sogar aufs Haus ging! Ebenso gab es kostenlos Getränke im Kühlschrank, die man mitnehmen konnte.

Cons:

Man sieht, dass das Hotel insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es gab u.a. Abnutzungsflecken auf dem Teppich und auf der Tapete.

Lage, Parken, Personal und Frühstück - alles OK.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war muffig und fleckig und müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden.
Das Bad hatte einen schon älteren Wasserschaden an der Decke, das Abflussventil des Waschbeckens und der Duschkopf sollten erneuert werden.
Insgesamt war das Zimmer (u. a. Haare, Rückstände an dem Heizkörper im Bad und den Möbelpolstern) nicht sauber.
