Cons:

No me gustó para ni siquiera me quedé ya que cuando llegué el cuarto que me dieron ni está listo y muy sucio me asignaron otro en el segundo nivel la puerta se abría sola y el cuarto el olor muy fuerte a cigarro

Horrible experience,terrible customer service,
Pros:

I was placed in three rooms the first one I walked in one a couple having sex, the second one NO HOT WATER, TV DIDN'T WORK, the last one was dirty not clean from the previous guest, the staff was about to get off so he just took the dirty sheets off and I put clean ones on.
So when I checked out the staff on shift was not helpful at all, she couldn’t give me no contact information for manager and was acting slow like she couldn’t hear what my complaint was.
I paid $158 for some bill and couldn’t get no money back or credit to another day somethings
I will never be back to this place

Don’t stay here unless it’s absolutely necessary and you don’t care about your safety.
Pros:

It was out of the way.

Cons:

The room was disgusting. The door had NO working locks. The deadbolt wouldn’t turn and the chain was completely missing. There were no towels in the room to shower, the AC/heating unit was busted and very gross. I immediately left. Waiting to hear from the property about getting a refund.

Maalesef tesisle ilgili olumlu bir deneyimim olmadı. Sadece ayrılma anını sevdim diyebilirim.Bastan asagi bir pislik yuvasiydi. Parasini odeyip rezervasyon yaptigim icin kalmak zorunda kaldim. Onunden bile gecmenizi tavsiye etmem.

Cons:

Temizlik standartları kabul edilemez düzeyde. Oda da karincalar takla atiyordu yatagimda bile vardi. Nevresimler kirli odadai esyalarin bazilari kirik banyo dan bahsetmiyorum bile. Michigan dan araba almistim yol uzerinde sadece uyumak icin bu tesisi secmistim puanlari zaten iyi degildi ama bu kadar kotu olabileceginiz tahmin edemezdim. Otoparkinda araclardan muessemiz sorumlu degildi diyor ve insanlar oradan yuruyerek geciyor. Hayatimin en kotu deneyimiydi. Avrupada ki 10$ lik hosteller buradan 500 kat daha iyidir. 30-40$ fazla verin duzgun bir yerde kalin. ben parayi odeyip cancel edemedigim icin kalmak zorunda kaldim. Booking.com un sayfasina bile koymamasi gereken bir otel gorunumlu pislik yuvasi.

Horrible service and disgusting room

I arrived at the facility and it was extremely dark from the outside. I went in and the receptionist was extremely rude, did not say hello back, did not smile back, briefly look at me and request my ID and credit card. Then gave me a key with no information on it, no room number, so when I asked for room number she was annoyed and I could see her rolling her eyes.

Once I got to the room, the key didn’t work. After multiple tries and walking back and forth to the front desk, she gave me a new room. I verified that the room must be a non-smoking room as I have medical conditions and can’t be in a smoking room. She said yes!

Once I got to the room, again, the key pad did not work! But there’s a key attached so I used it and it worked, but the entire door lock was not secure and partially broken, not in a safe position!

When I entered the room, the first thing I noticed a horrible cigarette smell! Then the next thing I noticed was an old chair with blood stain on it! My husband said absolutely NOT!

So I went back down to ask if there’s a different room and told her the condition of the room and that it wasn’t a non smoking room, she said no.

I told her I can’t stay in that room, she said ok. And turned away! So I left her the key and left because she clearly did not want to help and didn’t even want to talk to me.

This place was nasty and dirty. It smelled bad. The reception area was cluttered. Black mold and black dust were around the vents. The awning to the entrance was raggedy. Dirty floors and dirty walls. People outside smoking Marijuana. Just a very unkempt gross facility

Slightly better than being outside in a tent
Pros:

Not much.Terrible breakfast; nothing but carbs. Nice neighborhood. Good heater

Cons:

No soap, no shampoo, peeling paint, dirty halls, dirty floors, broken tiles, worn furniture, an ironing board with no iron, plastic on box springs so mattress slid, blanket so thin it was barely warmer than the sheet, no indication of wifi, check in counter so high one couldn't see staff on the other side, electronic locks inoperable, keyed door handle flimsy, poor lighting outside and in room. Days Inn and Wyndham should ve embarrassed to have their name there

ABSOLUTLY HORRIABLE. WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AFTER BEING LOYAL FOR YEARS
Pros:

There was nothing positive. At all.
It looks nothing like the pictures.

Cons:

The counter staff was absolutely rude and down talked for no reason.
The desk/lobby was so cluttered.
Mold on the walls.
Broken and stained up beds.
Filthy bathrooms.

They did not care at all. I still paid over $400 and didn’t even stay there because it was so discusting and they refuse to do anything to compensate it.
Wanted $100 CASH ONLY to check in at 3, or wait until 4.. even though my reservation said between 2-3. The whole experience was terrible, and now we are out a lot of money for absolutely nothing.
