I liked the photos on booking.com, unfortunately this was a dated photo the in person vibe was seedy hourly motel.
Parking lot not lit. Pretty sure we watched a drug deal happen. Overflowing trash. Inside the dim lights did little to conceal the lack of care for this property. Dirty, reeked of Marijuana, carpet was stained beyond compare. Doors were all scraped and pitted. We were told to put a paper on our dashboard and while walking back in a police office stopped us. Asked why were were there. We explained the hotel for the wedding party was book and this was available. Officer replied, leave now. Do NOT stay here. My husband asked if he could help get our money back and we were told for our safety to leave and call tomorrow about a refund. We did as we were told. Hotel said take up the refund with booking.com, booking.com sent us a email contact for the hotel.
We never saw our room. We walked back to the front desk handed in our key, which didnt work anyway and explained we were leaving and why.
Breakfast was lame. Could do much better.
Staff was not accommodating and rude
Lady at checkin was nice. Shame she has to work there
Everything. Mold, smell, stains on walls and beds.
Nothing
Cleanliness was nonexistent, room was extremely outdated, staff didn't wven question when I checked iut 20 minutes after checking in. Went elsewhere for a room.
The front desk lady, she was helpful
It was very poorly maintained. Broken beds in two different rooms, smell in the room was horrible. Facility is very old. I was shocked because DaysInn usually has decent properties but this one was beyond terrible.
I didn’t like anything. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed and booking should remove it from its book. This is a place where drugged people go to sleep.
It is extremely dirty. Staff hate people. Literally they would rather be in hell than over there and I understand because that place is left behind. Everything was just awful but I got allergies on my face from sleeping in their sheets so after a night I was sleeping with a Tshirt covering my people and it got a bit better. They either need to close or have someone cleaning up and working there.
The bathroom door wouldn't close, musty smell, spider web, a lot of dust, unpleasant smell, dirty bathroom horrible cleaning, breakfast only had coffee nothing else not even a dry cookie terrible I don't recommend this hotel.
Service and ice machine
Cannot remember anything that went well.
We left as soon as we could the next morning because we couldn’t face eating breakfast there.
Receptionist didn’t stand up from behind an almost 5ft counter. Look as though she didn’t want to be there. No words of welcome. Took three goes at getting us a room. First one we couldn’t get in despite the receptionist replacing the keycards. Second room offered had a physical key as the digital lock was falling off. We went in and discovered the tv didn’t work. We settled in the third room which had a working tv, however, this worked but changes colours from black and white and red then green all the time. We gave up with the tv and decided to use the internet on my iPad, but the Wi-Fi password we were given didn’t work. Bathroom had mold around the bath and there were no working plugs in the sink or bath.
On the day we were there the corridor and room we were in smelt strongly of cannabis.
Location is good
I know we didn't pay much for just one night as we had an event and didn't want to drive home same day so we weren't expecting nothing fancy...but nothing justify the curtains were falling apart, the bed sheets were ripped, no towels, no soap.
I won't be back, I don't recommend this hotel. Pay a bit more for something at least decent, my lesson learned.
The lady at the reception .. not sure how can she work in this place! .. she is kind and polite.
The place is:
- Old
- Dirty
- Lack of Maintenance.
- Bed was broken, lights were broken.
- Smells really bad.
- Asphalt parking is fully damaged.
I did not stay in this hotel. This was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. Shame on booking for offering this place.
Dirty, disgusting, smelled, broken lights, no AC, dirty floors, terrible shape and much much worst
Nothing hallways was dirty rooms were dirty
Every thing was nasty
