Cons:

This place was nasty and dirty. It smelled bad. The reception area was cluttered. Black mold and black dust were around the vents. The awning to the entrance was raggedy. Dirty floors and dirty walls. People outside smoking Marijuana. Just a very unkempt gross facility

Slightly better than being outside in a tent

Not much.Terrible breakfast; nothing but carbs. Nice neighborhood. Good heater

Cons:

No soap, no shampoo, peeling paint, dirty halls, dirty floors, broken tiles, worn furniture, an ironing board with no iron, plastic on box springs so mattress slid, blanket so thin it was barely warmer than the sheet, no indication of wifi, check in counter so high one couldn't see staff on the other side, electronic locks inoperable, keyed door handle flimsy, poor lighting outside and in room. Days Inn and Wyndham should ve embarrassed to have their name there

ABSOLUTLY HORRIABLE. WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AFTER BEING LOYAL FOR YEARS
Pros:

There was nothing positive. At all.
It looks nothing like the pictures.

Cons:

The counter staff was absolutely rude and down talked for no reason.
The desk/lobby was so cluttered.
Mold on the walls.
Broken and stained up beds.
Filthy bathrooms.

They did not care at all. I still paid over $400 and didn’t even stay there because it was so discusting and they refuse to do anything to compensate it.
Wanted $100 CASH ONLY to check in at 3, or wait until 4.. even though my reservation said between 2-3. The whole experience was terrible, and now we are out a lot of money for absolutely nothing.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Pros:

Points for the pictures being hung straight.

Cons:

Three crater-sized holes in the asphalt parking lot.
The entrance to the hotel and second-floor hallway were absolutely filthy.
Someone had thrown up in my room’s toilet, necessitating getting another room.
The check-in station was a total mess, looking like a hurricane had gone through.

Awesome staff, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this Days Inn. The area is superb with restaurants and nightlife just a short walk away. It was my first time in Lakewood and I was impressed. It is a very safe and clean city. The staff at this hotel were great, going out of the way to help me with transportation questions. (needed to travel downtown). They recommended the bus and that was an awesome experience. It was a 10 min bus ride and I got to see a lot of the local area and people. It was surprisingly super easy and affordable. The night shift staff, Robert was a hoot and I enjoyed my chats with him. The room was clean, ac worked great, shower was hot and WIFI was strong. Free breakfast in the morning was a plus. I had no complaints and look forward to my next visit and staying at this hotel.

This place sucked.

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Parking lot looks like a drug deal going on...very shady. No towels. Floors dirty. Holes in walls..mattress had big dent in it and very old. I could keep going but what's the use. This place was horrible

Entering the parking lot at this facilities, major potholes, arrived at 3:30pm and was told check in is 4:00pm, I showed my conformation information, which stated a 3:00pm! The receptionist said I would be charged for a early check-in. The room's need major repairs and upgrades.
