El personal, especialmente el chico joven de recepción, fue muy amable.

Nos regalaron esta estancia como regalo de Navidad, incluyendo el desayuno. Somos dos personas veganas y nos decepcionó que en el desayuno no hubiesen apenas opciones sin huevo/leche/carne y no estaba señalado claramente los ingredientes de cada producto. Al final, nos alimentamos de tostadas y fruta, viendo que otras personas tenían embutido, pasteles, yogures, bollería etc por el mismo precio... No solo para personas veganas pero para alérgicos debería estar todo mucho más señalizado, no solo el gluten. Nos supo mal que nos pagaran un desayuno para acabar comiendo tostada y plátano, la verdad. Además, no nos afecto mucho porque solo fuimos una noche, pero desde la habitación se escuchaba perfectamente las habitaciones ajenas y el pasillo.

El hotel esta cuidado al detalle, nos pusieron en una habitacion premium sin pedirlo y pagando lo mismo.
