Worst hotel

The hotel was horrible. It was filthy and disgusting. The whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. When we got to our room it was so dirty. We ended up canceling our reservation and leaving to find somewhere else to stay. It was the worst hotel I have ever been to. They also let people live there on the first floor.

The girl at the desk was helpful and kind.

Cons:

The advertised pool had no water in it. We had to switch rooms because TV didn't work, toilet didn't flush, fridge was not working, had to turn lights on to operate microwave. Moved to a smelly handicap room with black dirty boot marks across bathroom floor with a half inch black mold ring around toilet water. Upon check out our pre paid room was charged AGAIN...SMH

Very nasty food area.

The room was nice & comfy

Cons:

Breakfast area was a disaster. Definitely wasnt due to use over the hours of operation. The area was the exact same way the next day. Not too mention, Staff sat around on their phone & never cleaned or filled anything.

Pros:

The staff was very pleasant, beds were very comfortable and it was not a noisy location which allowed me to sleep well.

Cons:

Not a very good selection at breakfast which I would have been ok with but the waffle irons were dirty and did not look like they had been cleaned in a long time. I actually was afraid to cook a waffle on it so my husband and I just went to the Mcdonald's down the street.

Pros:

Everything was cleaned fresh. The bed was amazing! New upgraded smart TV and a working fridge! It was quiet and in a great location!

Cons:

There didn't seem to be much hot water. It was lukewarm at best and I was freezing the entire time. When I was checking in someone came down and complained they didn't have any hot water and they said they'd look into it. I'm guessing there was an issue since every other time we've stayed, the water was nice and hot.

Melissa and Scott are always 3x on top of everything. I checked in late and requested a difficult room. They we’re not only extremely kind about the paid accommodation but they also made sure that they kept me up to date with the linens the next morning and brought me new ones without asking since i enjoyed my stay so much I decided to stay over. This impressed
me extremely because I was going to walk down to get some but was extremely hungover. thank you so much for being on top of everything. I also appreciate that the rooms are always clean and we never run out of food in the morning! whoever shops does well because this hotel does not skimp on breakfast. an extremely variety! my favorite are the hot waffles!!! i love this place. thank you

Pros:

Check in is always so smooth!!!! At other hotels I’m standing around waiting for desk clerk to show up and find my reservation. Here they are ready to go! It’s true, As soon as I walk in they recognize me, locate my reservation, and get me in my room quick. With me coming in late from working all day and having to get up early to return to work, this is top notch service to me! In the afternoons and evenings the staff are always in the office and ready to help with ANY accommodation. I will be coming back
