I would definitely stay here again. It was a good deal and a good experience.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and there were many good options. The lobby is very family friendly, and the hotel itself is very updated and modern. The rooms were very clean and the layouts were nice.

Cons:

The staff, mostly, was good, apart from the disgruntled reception desk. The eggs were not good, but the rest of the breakfast options were delicious.

Great clean place - kids loved it! Nice and new.
Pros:

Location was good - on our way to Pat’s Peak. Under 30 min drive there - there was a motel next to the mountain but didn’t look open so this might have been the closest place (certainly closest place in ‘civilization.’)

Under 5 min drive to town center and great restaurants. There’s a restaurant right next door to the hotel you can walk to in literally 20 seconds.

My kids loved the games in the lobby and I really appreciated the bin of ice scrapers to use in the lobby after it snowed on my car!

A great lodging experience.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I liked the various seating options for breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The T-Bone restaurant next door is a great place for lunch and dinner.

Cons:

My son needed another blanket. When we called the front desk, we were told. We'd have to come to front to get it.

Another great experience.
Pros:

Love the soap and shampoo. Smells amazing and the dispenser is a great way not to waste product.
The continental breakfast is great. Many options all good. Staff smiling, helpful and available.
We've stayed several times at the Tru and never found a complaint. We will be back!
