Terrible, incompetent, lacking any amount of decency.
Pros:

We didn’t like anything :( We never got the opportunity to stay. The hotel had no record of our reservation. We even showed them their own email confirming our stay three days before arrival. Staff knew something, avoided eye contact, told us it was our fault. Booking.com also confirmed our reservation two days before, the hotel would not help.

Cons:

The whole experience. We confirmed our reservation by phone after learning of hotel name change and renovation construction. We received a confirming email the week of our stay. The hotel said they had no record of our reservation. We were not able to stay. We will not return to this hotel and not use this brand. No manager on site to assist. I had to insist staff call other hotels to find my family a room from an airport over 1000 miles away, traveling to meet them. Staff avoided eye contact, quick to blame us and cagey with direct questions about overbooking. They acknowledged, but would not accept their own confirmation email for our reservation. Terrible experience all around.

The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

There was no previous warning that the hotel was under construction and there was no elevator so we had to walk up and down the stairs to the 3rd floor.

We had the room with a jetted tub. There needs to be a chamge in the faucet to fill the tub. With the current shower head it takes about 1.5-2 hours to fill the tub. Makes it not worth it.

Room was really nice. Breakfast disappointing.
Pros:

Nothing special. Not much to choose from. Might have been because of renovations.

Cons:

Renovations being done and didn’t like the feel by the elevator. Black plastic hanging and was a creepy feel in a confined space.
