Good location, good breakfast, comfortable stay
Pros:

Breakfast was basic but good. Had hot food items which is always nice. Food area was super clean and kept well stocked. We had and ADA accessible room - room was large and east to navigate - no roll in shower and tub was the usual hotel sized tiny tub with a bunch of grab bars added and no shower bench so not super great.

Cons:

There’s hardly any light in the rooms. It was so dark in there.
And it’s kind of a mess to get from the elevator to the front door with the cafeteria right there in the middle. Trying to get through there with a cart for luggage was a nightmare. People are rude and will not move for you.

Quiet nice hotel. Not worth the high price tag tho.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Over-all-clean room. Safe feeling area.

Cons:

For the price of this two night stay—I was really very disappointed. The “hot” breakfast was that of a much less expensive chain. The bathroom trash hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest. The beds were mediocre. I chose here, despite the cost, because of such a great experience at a different Country Inn & Suites at another time. This stay did not live up to expectations.

You room was spacious

Cons:

That i had to take stairs up and down several times due to the elevator taking extreme to long to come up or down. And shower head to be updated to a new style then they had. Was hard to shower w the one they had provided in room 337 other then that great job.

Great night sleep after a long drive. Enjoyable breakfast. We used the pool which was good also.

Cons:

I booked a 2 queen size beds and when checking in they said that they do not have rooms like that. Even though online they said that they do. They are too expensive and not honest with room accommodations.

May look to another Hotel for our next stay.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Friendly service.

Cons:

-We had a suite with a whirlpool in the room. The panel below the tub was off and sitting to the side, not secured.
-Several spots where the carpet was pulled back and not secured, by each Ptac/heater.
-None of the bedside outlets worked, it’s a good thing I brought my own power brick, to charge my phone.
-Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Pros:

The first night the shower stunk, like mildew or moldy rags. The shower never looked like it was cleaned. And I did call down to the front, ask control about it. They had people come in the next day. Clean and after they left it cleaned. I found bold alright the subcutanes, but I did a what to have to switch route, so we just stayed at the rope. The pillows were like s***. They were uncomfortable.

Cons:

The pose where I'm comfortable. I didn't like there was construction going on. And we had to walk from the front desk, all the way down to even get breakfast. On the other side of the hotel in there that was not that much variety for breakfast. And I did not like in the pictures. It showed the Jacuzzi in the bedroom. Bake and it was small. It'll link if it hit one big person. When it looked like a give hey, give it to people like big sized.
