Pros:

Enye and Alexi were wonderful! The food and drinks did not disappoint! I would recommend the filet mignon and rainbow trout. I would highly recommend if you’re in town.

With 3 people, instead of a double bed like I booked, I received 1 king bed and a staff member brought up a rollaway bed

Worth the time to consider for a short term or longer stay.
Pros:

Everyone from Sydney at check in, to Ray and Kelly in the evenings were all absolutely wonderful! Who would I be if I didn’t mention ‘Ye in the lounge.

I stayed for over 3 weeks and felt at home!

The hotel is very clean! Perfect lighting! Good atmosphere! Convenient and central location! Upon checking in I was greeted by Kelly who was absolutely amazing! Awesome personality! Accommodating and welcoming! Linsey who was later at the front desk as well was amazing professional and so helpful! The rooms are immaculate! Housekeeping there is incredible! Thank you for an amazing stay! Highly recommend! 10/10!

Family of four in double beds
Pros:

Double beds for a family of four does not work. When i went to upgrade, the suite came with a king size and pull out bed. This is also not suitable. Whoever made these decisions did a terrible job.

Highly recommend this hotel! One of the best visits I have ever had!
Pros:

The staff was over the top amazing! The hotel was very busy with sports teams but the quality of service never lacked! Alec was amazing from start to finish in the restaurant and it's nice to see the team work and help throughout the whole experience! Rooms were great and clean! Overall a very great experience! Will definitely return! Normally we stay at the convington Marriott but it was booked, with the high level of customer service and welcoming we will definitely be making this our go to hotel!

Above and Beyond Service
Pros:

When we arrived to check in Kelly Green and her team welcomed us as if family just walked in the door. When they found out that we were celebrating our 48th anniversary they rolled to the red carpet with recognition and gifts. The next morning when we went breakfast the restaurant manager was very friendly and checked our satisfaction several times. We will always stay at Marriott Cincinnati Northeast when in town.
