I didn’t care much for the property charging for wifi.
Enye and Alexi were wonderful! The food and drinks did not disappoint! I would recommend the filet mignon and rainbow trout. I would highly recommend if you’re in town.

Accommodating and welcoming! Linsey who was later at the front desk as well was amazing professional and so helpful! The rooms are immaculate! Housekeeping there is incredible! Ayse the best. She is always have a smile, goes above and beyond, and is so attentive. She shows she cares and makes the experience a 10. I hope this gets to her letter her know its apprecaited.
Double beds for a family of four does not work. When i went to upgrade, the suite came with a king size and pull out bed. This is also not suitable. Whoever made these decisions did a terrible job.
The staff was over the top amazing! The hotel was very busy with sports teams but the quality of service never lacked! Alec was amazing from start to finish in the restaurant and it's nice to see the team work and help throughout the whole experience! Rooms were great and clean! Overall a very great experience! Will definitely return! Normally we stay at the convington Marriott but it was booked, with the high level of customer service and welcoming we will definitely be making this our go to hotel!
When we arrived to check in Kelly Green and her team welcomed us as if family just walked in the door. When they found out that we were celebrating our 48th anniversary they rolled to the red carpet with recognition and gifts. The next morning when we went breakfast the restaurant manager was very friendly and checked our satisfaction several times. We will always stay at Marriott Cincinnati Northeast when in town.
Kelly at the front desk was fantastic. She was accommodating and kind. Every time I saw her she had a smile on her face and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. Excellent customer service.
