todo estuvo muy bien, el personal de la recepción muy amables, en el comedor tbn. mucha empatía, y amabilidad, el hotel cuenta con varias instalaciones que no me di cuenta hasta el final. por ejemplo en jacusi, me hubiera gustado utilizarlo., la limpieza excelente.

Cons:

no me gustó que escuche desde las 6 am 7am los pasos de tacones en el techo o se en el cuarto que estaba arriba. quede en el cuarto 212.

We love this hotel!! We come 3-4 times a year and we always stay here. Yesterday we got here earlier than check in time. The check in staff were very nice and kind. They allowed us to check in early. We know a couple of people for their names. They’re very attentive! Especially the servers. We love the breakfast buffet.
