Pros:

The restaurant in the hotel was great. The location on the river was a bonus, walking along the riverfront was very enjoyable.

Cons:

Staff ignored me until I stood there for 5 minutes, then acted like I was interrupting their computer session. Believe me, if I could check in without them, I would! The parking was difficult, the bathroom had mold or rust on a couple of surfaces. The elevator was ancient, slow.

The room smelled like smoke. The elevator was broken which we were warned about before. There was no hot water in our room which they said the next day

Decent, not great
Pros:

Location was great... next to Riverwalk and easy to walk to Falls Park.
Free parking.
Cookies in the afternoon.

Cons:

Our room smelled like a dog...we even found kibble on the floor.
The carpets are really in need of cleaning/stained.
Breakfast was mediocre and not enough space to accommodate the number of guests.
Staff not overly welcoming (from reception to housekeeping to breakfast attendant).

Hotel needs to improve protocol to assure rooms are cleaned, sheets changed.
Pros:

The location near downtown, along the riverfront. Walkable. Breakfast was good with hot waffles, eggs, fruit.

Cons:

Sheets and pillowcases had not been changed (dirty) nor room vacuumed. Asked for new sheets. Needed to change sheets and make bed ourselves. No towel racks or hook on door in bathroom. No where to hang towels to keep clean rather than floor or tub. Cleanliness was a big issue.
