Pros:

Good location close to downtown.

Cons:

A light was broken in the entryway to the room which made it hard to use the mirror outside the bathroom.

Pros:

It was a place to sleep.
It had all we needed to survive the night.
We managed.

Cons:

Bed squeaked like crazy. Annoying to even roll over.
Bath was clean but dingy. Only 1 coffee pod in the room.
Vending machine had no prices…..$3.10 for a bottle of water?
Found a hair in the meat at breakfast. Coffee wasn’t hot.

It was fine. The food in Ode was good. Will probably stay there again if the need arises.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The woman who worked there was very friendly and hospitable, helpful. A pleasant breakfast.

Cons:

I made the reservation on the computer, and it was lengthy.
I was sure I had reserved a handicapped room, but it was not---low toilet, no bar.
A clock on the nightstand would have been appreciated.
There was only one chair for two people. I called the Desk to ask for another one, and she seemed to have never heard of that request before and didn't know what to do about it. So we didn't get a second chair.
We chose this hotel because it is near Impact Dental, where we had to be early next morning. We have stayed there before because of location.

Disappointed and will not return.
Pros:

It had a really nice restaurant in it and the check-out process was easy (I just had to text a phone number). Housekeeping was friendly. It served the necessary functions of a hotel, but nothing more.

Cons:

The parking was terrible - it was tough to find a spot. The front desk worker wasn't pleasant; she was snotty, rude, and didn't even try to pretend to care about us or answer our questions about parking and checking in. The shower didn't work unless you stuck your finger up the bathtub spout and found the pin to push the plug up into shower mode. The people around us were loud all night but nobody did anything about it, despite having quiet hours after 10pm. The per night rate is just way too much for the experience of this hotel.

Hotel has good location , needs serious cleaning and updating

Location was nice

Cons:

Room was filthy. Stains in furniture and sheets. The bench by the big mirror seems to have alot of DNA stains on it. I am only allowed 4 photos for the review so hard to show everything.

Overall good place
Pros:

I stayed with my family really enjoyed the pool and they always had clean towels ready for visitors to use. The breakfast did have a lot of selection even for my picky kids to eat. The location was great for downtown events. Also for room wise the room was a good size and had a big TV.

Cons:

In our room the bathroom door didn't shut. We also did find some hair on the floor and a fruit cup under the bed that wasn't ours.

Our previous stays at this property were better.
Pros:

Great Sioux Falls location along the river within walking distance to a really great park and some good restaraunts. Free breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very attentive and friendly.

Cons:

We were very disappointed that the restaurant and bar was closed. It was such a warm and beautiful day and we were really looking forward to enjoying the outdoor seating along thje river walk. The bed was really lumpy and uncomfortable.
