Overall good place
Pros:

I stayed with my family really enjoyed the pool and they always had clean towels ready for visitors to use. The breakfast did have a lot of selection even for my picky kids to eat. The location was great for downtown events. Also for room wise the room was a good size and had a big TV.

Cons:

In our room the bathroom door didn't shut. We also did find some hair on the floor and a fruit cup under the bed that wasn't ours.

Our previous stays at this property were better.
Pros:

Great Sioux Falls location along the river within walking distance to a really great park and some good restaraunts. Free breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very attentive and friendly.

Cons:

We were very disappointed that the restaurant and bar was closed. It was such a warm and beautiful day and we were really looking forward to enjoying the outdoor seating along thje river walk. The bed was really lumpy and uncomfortable.

Pros:

The faculty was very nice and the beds were amazing although we had less than a half a roll of toilet paper and zero kleenex in the holder . Those are the problem with the property er had no pretty low on the scoreboard 😉

Cons:

We were in 309 and surrounded by kids wrestling or something - it was so noisy up till after midnight - then we tried to use the pool amd ther pool had it had to be 40 to 50 kids and their chaperone in it - we certainly stayed for the location to Sanford for my surgery the next morning but did get to use the pool amd slept so badly cause of the noise : sure didn't get our money's worth without pool use zero problems with the hotel just the noise level and having no access to the pool

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Room smelled odd when we arrived, but after we both showered the smell wasn't noticeable anymore. Bed was a little more firm than we tend to like.
