Overall great location, room could use updating
Pros:

Breakfast was ok and staff was not very pleasant in the afternoon. But overall location was great for walking to places.

Cons:

The hole in the shower. The door was awful to open and close.

Very Nice Stay
Pros:

Great restaurant that is part of the hotel had surprisingly good food. The room was very spacious.

Pros:

Great location walking distance of the falls, Lovely staff, very helpful. Very good breakfast, good choice of food types both hot and cold.
Lovely room overlooking the river.
All facilities clean, well maintained. Complimentary coffee and cookies a lovely touch.
Would recommend this hotel.

Disappointed given good online review. Unpleasant, unimpressed, not restful. Won't stay again.

Good breakfast selection, clean room, Direct TV, clean breakfast area with pleasant attendant.

Cons:

Unfriendly, unhelpful front desk attendant upon check-in, not enough parking, had to park in neighboring building overflow lot. Inconvenient location, mainly bars open late, little restaurant choice, hotel restaurant stops taking orders 1 hr before closing. Unclean hallway walls and outer door. Quiet hours are clearly listed as after 10pm. Drunken guests loud in hall at 12am, slamming doors. Upstairs room stomping around and slamming doors at 1am. Entire building shuddered about that time also, making me worry their ancient elevator gave out. Front desk attendant checking out barely spoke, acted like she didn't want to be there.
