Pros:

Great location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Block out curtains. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cost was good especially considering the location, very close to the CBD

Spacious room, great location, value for money considering it is not far from CBD.
Pros:

Room is spacious. Location is great - close to the Australian Open Tennis venue. The room is clean. The room is very good for our purpose. There is a convenient store nearby as well. Overall we were happy with the facility

服務人員親切，房間整體都良好舒適
Pros:

1.櫃台人員服務很親切，介紹的很詳細。建議要在check in 時間結束之前到達
2.旅館有電梯，有大型行李的不用擔心搬運問題。走廊的燈光都滿明亮 也很好找到房間
3.旅館位置良好，沒開車的可以走路約10分鐘 搭乘市區電車約20-30分 可到達墨爾本市中心。有開車的可以把車子停在旅館的停車場
4.房間的床鋪乾淨又舒適，床軟硬適中。房間整體燈光明亮充足
5.房間內有提供微波爐、冰箱、吹風機(但風量有點小)、洗澡肥皂跟沐浴乳、洗髮精、衛生紙等等

Cons:

1.因旅館位於大馬路旁，晚上聽的到車子的聲音，也聽得到隔壁房間聊天的聲音與開窗戶的聲音，隔音稍為的不是太好。
2.吹風機風量偏小，也沒有護髮乳，有需求的要自行準備
3.冷氣很涼，但會不定時有運轉的噪音
4.房間整體都良好，但稍微偏舊
5.浴室洗澡 水溫會忽冷忽熱

Pros:

The locations is good. The staff is helpful.

Cons:

I generally don’t give negative reviews but this hotel was not great. The room was dingy and not clean. There were spiders in the room. The feel wasn’t great. It’s not expensive but It just didn’t feel great staying here with family. Would avoid.
