Amazing location and great value!
Pros:

Great location. Large room. Great view. Clean.

Cons:

Slight smell in the bathroom. The staff said they will fix it so may be a non-issue.

最高でした！おすすめです！
Pros:

冷蔵庫の中飲み放題はサイコー！
無人だから不安だったけど、タブレットでの質問等も、返事が早くて安心
料金はかかるが、チェックアウトの時間が延長できて良かった

Cons:

冷蔵庫の中、ソフトドリンクがあるともっと良かった
チェックアウトを延長して、仮眠してたんですが、他の部屋の掃除の音（テーブルを引きずる音）が結構響いて眠れなかった

駅から近かった
Welcomeドリンクがたくさん冷蔵庫に入っていた

Cons:

ベットと冷蔵庫しか無くて ルームキーやメガネなどチョイ置きするところが無い。
椅子やソファーも無く、ベットも2段ベットなので座ることも荷物を開けることも出来ない。ベッドの上段へは梯子ぐらい急な階段でキャリーケースを上げることは困難。

Un emplacement exceptionnel et un bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

L’emplacement est exceptionnel et ma chambre avait vu sur le fleuve .

Cons:

Sur ma baies vitrées, 2 fenêtres sur 3 étaient condamnés, pourquoi ?
Pas de rangement, juste une mini tringle…

平日安く泊まれて、ロケーション最高は宿ですよ！
Pros:

言わずもがな、ロケーションが便利な場所にある。
夜の博多の景色を楽しむためにはこのロケーションは最高でしょう。

Cons:

4Fの部屋にアサインされましたが、シャワーの水圧が非常に弱くて、なかなかシャンプーが洗い落とせない程です。
これは改善して頂きたい点ですね。
