The stay after the room change was good, the cleaning personal was super kind. just the stuff at the reception seemed mo

We got an „upgrade“ which was quite the opposite (one double bed instead of two separate, the room all in all seemed not recently cleaned, the bathroom was in a poor state and the actual wood floor was covered)
After the room change the next day we finally got the room we expected for the booking.
The state of the upgrade room, looked like a spare room which is just in use when the hotel is fully booked.
While checking in we were told that if we don’t like the room, we can change but first during the next day.
But next day the reception had no idea, we needed to the story again since nothing from that agreement was noted.
Also the request of a second blanket seems forgotten.
Due to the inconvenience we got a late check out. Again the stuff that day never heard of that. It got noted but the day of check out the key card didn’t worked until the agreed time.

The breakfast was great.
The location is perfect.
Very helpful staff.

The bad room is perfectly functional but could use an update.

Hotelul nu este unul de 4 stele, cu indulgenta este de 3, camera nu are dimensiunea pe care o promoveaza este mult mai mica. Baia este groaznica, patul este ff mic si tare. Fereastra este obstructionata de niste ziduri care fac camera ff intunecoasa. Restaursntul este foarte mic si inghesuit. Per total reclama pentru acest hotel este mincinoasa si pe bani multi!
