Overall it was fine, although feel it wasn't very good value for money.
Pros:

Good variety for breakfast and didn't feel rushed. Hotel is in a good location. Appreciated being able to use the pool shower before check-in as I arrived at about 9am.

Cons:

Room assigned to us was not what was booked and was only able to move to the correct room the following day. Did feel that the check-in staff were a little reluctant to move us to the correct room, as though they found it inconvenient. Otherwise they were pleasant. Room was a bit run-down for how much we paid.

Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

The pool and pool area is absolutely underwhelming, not inviting at all.
Doors banging at all hours of the night.
Works being undertaken on the floor above - no notice given.
The bed not comfortable- needs a pillow topper.
Omg the step over you need to take to get in the bathroom is a OHS issue especially for an aged person who could trip just getting in the bathroom.

A great stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great for me with 2 foodcourts nearby. There was a 3rd but I didnt bother.
The breakfast and lunch buffet were great. The lunch buffet (and dinner) were Peranakan buffet which brought back alot of childhood memories eating all that lovely food. I was originally from Malaysia.
I would certainly go and stay at the hotel again.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Super location, comfortable and clean room, excellent breakfast with many choices, super friendly staff.

Cons:

Opening hours of the swimming pool (until 6PM) and the gym (until 9PM) and the smoking area are outside the hotel on the street

Highly recommend this hotel, you won’t regret it!
Pros:

The staff made this property a great place to stay. Always helpful and so welcoming. Its location was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

5th floor was a bit musty and the pool needed a bit of TLC.
