Pros:

Extremely disappointed.
Pros:

The location is great, no complaints there. That's about it. Not what I remember from years ago.

Cons:

The photos of rooms are misleading as they look very welcoming and cosy, not to mention I thought it was carpet on the floor. The rooms need a long overdue upgrade. I paid $2000.00 for a room for 7 days. I had a shower curtain in the bath, no fan in the bathroom, the ceiling was peeling, the vanity had a visible rust stain. The room looked extremely simple, walls had paint that was wrinkling and about to peel. My original room had a dirty bath tub that was extremely worn where you stand, the vanity had a very large rust stain and the ceiling above the bath was peeling. I asked for a different room but......

De locatie en ontbijt en reinheid. Z

Cons:

Hotel is wat verouderd en niet alles ziet er meer netjes uit. Föhn en deur was bv kapot. We waren met zijn vijven maar hadden slechts 2 dubbele bedden. Dat kon blijkbaar.

Great location, friendly staff, nice buffet restaurant.

Cons:

The room cleaning schedule seemed to be quite late. We’d leave in the morning, be out for the day, come back at 3pm and the room still wouldn’t be cleaned. Then they would come at 3:30pm to clean the room.

Great location and helpful staff
Pros:

My fifth time staying here because location is great. A few minutes walk to MRT stations, bus stop just outside hotel, lots of food option and near malls. The reception staff was very quick to offer a change of room when i asked if they could tighten the safety grab bar. Housekeeping lady is pleasant and efficient.

Cons:

The hotel shows obvious signs of age. The first room i was given had a bathroom door that looks like it belonged to a poorly maintained air bnb, and loose safety grab bar. Bits of crack here and there that has been patched up but not very nicely. The dark rosewood furniture is a little old fashion.
