Value for money, pleasantly surprised
Pros:

Very helpful staff, good sized room with comfortable beds and pillows. Well appointed with fridge, ironing board and iron, desk and chair for a work station. A nice deep swimming pool. Plenty of food and shopping options, bus and train stations closeby.

Cons:

The pool area was hard to access, entering at level 5 then having to walk down the spiral stairs. It could do with a few more plants to soften the area.

I hope they can fix hand spray issue urgently

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous recommandons !

Fabulous hotel, close to everything, wonderful, helpful and super friendly staff.
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but the location of the hotel was perfect. Close to Marina Bay and Raffles, wonderful and helpful and super kind staff. Nothing was too much and always with a smile.

Wenn man viel in der Stadt unterwegs ist, ist es OK. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber tolle Lage.
Pros:

Das Frühstück gibt es in Buffetform, die Qualität ist OK.
Die Lage in Singapur ist sehr gut, mehrere MRT- und Busstationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und man erreicht sowohl den Flughafen als auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und bequem!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Man kann bei Abreise am späten Abend sein Gepäck im Hotel lassen, den Tag noch in der Stadt verbringen und sich vor der Fahrt zum Flughafen noch frisch machen und im Poolbereich duschen.
Die Zimmer sind für Singapur-Verhältnisse offenbar noch recht groß.
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Singapur und können das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht bewerten.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich unmodern.
Die Duschen im Poolbereich haben maximal die Qualität von alten Umkleidekabinen in Sportvereinen und sind schon etwas eklig.

Room is superbly clean and comfortable

Cons:

The counter staff is not efficient and treated guests differently. Particularly the small size lady staff. Discrimination was evident.
