They need new staff!
Pros:

Great location, really easy to get to everything. On the main road so taxis can come and go easily.

Cons:

The staff were so unfriendly and just genuinely unprofessional. You get better service at McDonalds. Everyone was miserable and didn’t really help us. We had to bring our own bags down and put them in our taxi ourselves.

Pros:

The front of house staff were very helpful

Cons:

We could hear a lot of noise, from other guests and plumbing,
The hotel had an old smell, the bed was very hard and old there was a large group of school children that had no respect for other people staying there.

Great location and excellent staff made this a good choice of hotel for my stay
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and lovely to deal with. The air conditioner in the room was noisy on the first night, but after mentioning it to the front desk, this was fixed for the rest of my stay - I thought this was excellent service. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and the room had tea and coffee available. There is also a pull-out washing line in the bathroom, which I did not use, but thought it a good idea.

Cons:

The room was quite dark as it was on one of the lower floors and was shaded by window decorations on that side of the building.

Weinig sfeer in hotel, maar door actief programma waren we bijna niet in het hotel.
Pros:

Centraal gelegen in Singapore en heel behulpzame conciërge.

Cons:

Kille sfeer in het hotel. Issue met de boeking leidde tot extra kosten.
